Seeing the Signs
While the unexpected may seem to be something that
happens when we least expect it, there are signs that
we can learn to watch for so that we can anticipate
and even prevent life events that turn our own life
upside down. I have to add here that there are times
when we are unable to alter the course of certain
events, especially those that involve others' choices.
What we can do is minimize the chaos in our lives by
paying attention to messages from signs and our own
intuition that provides us with information that we can
use to make different choices.
Every day we receive messages and signs to guide us
on our path. Sometimes they come through others but
generally they come from our own inner knowing. These
signs can include a feeling that something is not right,
a sense of discomfort or apprehension. We must learn
to read the signs and decide whether we will go with
our intuition or accept the lesson the experience has to
teach us. Sometimes it is easier and less painful to
acknowledge the signs.
One of my friends began a relationship with a man that
she quickly fell for but she had a feeling, from the
beginning, that something was not quite right. She
ignored this feeling until she learned more about him
and realized that her intuition was correct and was torn
between whether to continue the relationship or end it.
He ended it suddenly and although she was
heartbroken she realized that his unexpected action
helped her to make her decision about the relationship.
The unexpected can be difficult and painful but we do
have help and we are able to choose the level of chaos
and pain that we invite into our lives by acknowledging
the information that we have access to. We do have
the ability to choose how difficult or easy our lives are
and how much chaos the unexpected creates. When
we learn to use signs and our intuition as tools on our
path, we can make decisions that create a more
peaceful and joyful reality for ourselves, despite the
unexpected.

It's Always Something
We all know people whose lives seem to be in a
constant state of drama. They always seem to have
relationship, financial, family, job and personal
problems. They go from one event to another and
sometimes have to juggle several problems at once.
Perhaps that describes your life. I have a client like
that and she is always saying 'It's always something.'
And so it is.
I try to tell her that it is because she believes that
something is always going to go wrong that she
creates this in her life. I think that she believes me but
is too wrapped up in the drama of the day to refocus
her intention on creating a peaceful life. Sometimes I
feel that she actually enjoys having something to focus
her attention on, even if it is difficult. But she does not
understand that by expecting the worst to happen, it
always does.
This client feels stuck because she can never get
ahead, never get to the point where she feels that she
is making progress. She is not able to enjoy success at
anything because as soon as she gets to the point
where success is possible, something happens that
stops her and she has to regroup and start over. Of
course this is discouraging and she is less likely to try
again because she knows that 'something' will happen,
as it always does.
It's hard to break out of the cycle of believing that
there will always be something that will stop us before
we can become successful because when we are in
that cycle, something always does happen. While we
know that our thoughts control our reality, we have to
change the thought before the reality will change. This
week, if you are in a cycle where 'something' always
happens, remember that your reality comes from your
thoughts. Acknowledge the lesson and your
responsibility for it. Then change your thoughts to
expecting only the very best and most perfect outcome
in everything and detach from the outcome. This allows
the most wonderful and amazing things to happen that
are perfect for you in every way. And you will enjoy
success in all you do and will experience an effortless
reality where you experience the constant flow of
blessings in your life.

Uriel's Message-Finding the Light
Each step on your spiritual journey involves finding the
light in each experience and within each person that
you encounter. Each of you was born with a strong
connection to the light. It is when you are constantly
reminded of the darkness, which you experience as
fear, that you forget the light. But as you move
forward on your spiritual path you reconnect with the
light and with your power. And you experience the
profoundness of the light and unconditional love of the
Source which is and always has been available to you.
There is light in everything and in everyone. That which
you call darkness is your level of fear, which blocks you
from fully experiencing the light. You choose whether
you experience life from your level of light or from your
level of fear. If you choose fear, then you connect to
others through your fear and they respond to you
through theirs. Each difficult person and experience is a
mirror of your fear and an indicator to you of the level
of light that you are allowing in your life.
When your intention is to find the light in everything
and in everyone, you attract people and experiences
that must connect with you through your light. And
they connect with you through theirs. You then allow
only those things that are of the light to be in your
reality. And everything changes. Now you can
experience the fullness of the blessings that are yours
because those are available to you when you find the
light. This is how you create miracles because miracles
are the highest expression of the light. So when you
find the light you step into a miraculous reality that is
yours by divine right.
There is no good or bad in the Universe and there is no
level of success or failure. Each life experience is a
reflection of the light and darkness in your own life. If
your life experiences are difficult, is your fear greater
than your light? The lowest energy levels are those
that are fear based; the highest energies are of the
light. Once you are able to find the light in everything
and in everyone, you set your intention to be within
the light at all times. Then you attract only those
experiences that are light-filled and you will experience
heaven on earth.

Today's Children--The Crystal as Teacher
Both the Indigo and Crystal generations have come to
teach us about ourselves and the world. This is not
unique to them; every generation has something to
teach the generation before it. The difference with
Indigos and Crystals is that we are now willing and able
to listen and learn. Indigos teach us about creating the
reality that we want and not blindly or meekly
accepting what others tell us, Crystals are here to
each us about our spiritual connection, finding our
spiritual power and creating joy.
The Crystal energy is about joy, love and connecting
with spirit. Anyone who spends time around these
children realizes that they have a unique way of looking
at the world and everyone in it. They know their truth
and expect us to know it as well. While they have a
gentleness about them, they are not always gentle and
can be as willful and stubborn as the Indigos. They
know about creating reality and will create a world for
themselves that they are comfortable in. Everything
else gets ignored.
Crystals do help us to take ourselves and the world less
seriously. They invite us to slow down, play and enjoy
life. They look at the world with the wonder of children
and the wisdom of spirit. For them, there is little
separation between the worlds. Many of them know
and speak to their angels and guides and often
remember previous lifetimes. What is most striking
about the Crystals is their unwavering belief in their
own reality. If the reality they are in is not
comfortable, they choose to ignore it. They have been
labeled as autistic and in some cases, developmentally
disabled. But this is how society copes with children
who will not conform and adapt to accepted labels. The
Indigos were labeled with ADD and ADHD and drugged;
the Crystals are labeled as having mental problems.
Crystals also need to be in happy and loving
environments and they will create try to create joy
around them, even if others do not respond. When they
cannot be happy, however, they retreat into their own
world where joy exists.
Crystals, like Indigos, do benefit from energy work that
can help them balance their energy and become more
grounded. Like Indigos, when their energy is not
balanced they cannot cope with the world around
them. They show us by either becoming either very
quiet and withdrawn or agitated. If you are the parent
of a Crystal child, you know how your child reacts and
the best solution is to stop, calm them and help them
rebalance their energy. Since Crystals, like Indigos,
respond to their environment, it's also a sign to us to
slow down, assess our own reality and put ourselves in
the place where we are in our power and more
connected and grounded. These children are a gift to
us and are here to help us see the world in a different
way. They are our teachers and have come at a time
when we are able and willing to listen so we can all
move forward to create the reality and the world of our
dreams, one that the Indigo and Crystals are preparing
for the next generations of teachers.
