This week's messages
I Chose This
Our ability to choose is one of the most powerful tools
we have for creating our reality. With it we can create
anything we want, when we use this tool properly. But
too often we choose the same things over and over
again, and wonder why we receive the same result,
one we may not like. Or we are unaware of our power
to choose and allow others or our beliefs to make
choices for us. The first step towards understanding
this process is to remind ourselves that whatever
happens, we chose it, whether we intended to or not.
Everything in our life is a choice and our free will
allows us to choose whatever we want. While we may
receive guidance from our angels and spirit guides,
they will never tell us what to do because they can't.
This is our reality and we have to create it according to
our own knowledge and understanding. So whether
we are choosing consciously or unconsciously, every
choice we make is ours and the result comes from
that choice. If we want a different result we have to
take responsibility for our choices and then make a
different choice.
Taking responsibility for our choices reminds us that
we are in control of every aspect of our reality. It also
puts us in the position of being able to choose
consciously, instead of allowing our choices to be
made for us. This is so powerful that it gives us the
opportunity to create infinite possibilities and when
used with intention, to add our creative energy to our
manifestations. But it can only happen when we take
responsibility for our choices.
It is difficult to look at a mess that we have created,
realize that we chose it and then not get stuck in
blame or judgment. The Universe is infinitely
generous and will provide us with other opportunities
to choose. When we choose consciously and
powerfully we can manifest results that match our
desires and create a reality that includes joy,
abundance, unconditional love and peace for
ourselves and for the world.

Noticing the Connections
I recently attended a conference and was deeply
moved by the connections between the participants
that I experienced while there. Each person was
supportive, genuinely concerned about the others and
everyone shared and connected in a way that honored
each person's presence. It was wonderful to be in a
room where everyone was focused on creating a
healing space for each person and then participating
in that healing. What was really amazing about this
experience was that the connections just happened
and everyone noticed them.
This conference was not spiritual in nature and the
people there were not healers or in the spiritual
community. They were from a variety of backgrounds
and occupations, ethnic and cultural groups. And yet
all of them were willing to connect, be present for and
support everyone else. If this can happen with 120
people who are not consciously aware of what they
are doing, imagine what can be accomplished when
we put our energy and intention towards creating
these connections for everyone, everywhere.
Our connection to each other and to Source is part of
what we are re-awakening and it is amazing to watch
that process unfold. It is not something that we have to
work on to create, it is part of our natural spiritual
heritage that will come to the forefront by itself, when
we begin to notice the opportunities to connect with
others. It is when we begin to notice how people relate
to us, their willingness to be supportive and to honor
who we are that the connections can be made.
Our work occurs both within and outside of the
spiritual communities. But if we focus only on working
with people who are already 'spiritual' we are missing
opportunities to create healing with people who are
open and willing to make a spiritual connection. All we
have to do is to be aware of the connections that are
made around us and to be willing to honor everyone's
willingness to make them. We can be the vehicle
through which they are made just by being present
and aware of what is going on around us. This is how
we spread our light and do the work that will bring
healing to all of humanity.

Uriel's Message-- The Journey Home
Each of you is on a journey home but that does not
mean that you are leaving this planet or plane. Your
journey home does not involve your death and return
to your spiritual home. It does not involve your
abandoning all aspects of the material world, nor
does it require that you focus entirely on the spiritual
community. Your journey home, at this time, requires
you to learn how to connect to the spiritual world from
the material and to raise the vibrations of the material
world for everyone.
Any area in which you are unhappy or feel you do not
belong is an opportunity for you to shine your light
brightly. This creates a higher vibration and infuses
the situation with more spiritual energy. You were
placed in the situation for a reason and your ability to
transform the energy for yourself allows you to do this
work and then move on. When you fall into depression
or sadness about these situations you are allowing
yourselves to be pulled into the material energy.
Depression is not your natural state of being, it is
merely a symptom of being in lower vibrations.
In times to come you may find yourselves in situations
that do not fit or seem right for you. This is part of your
journey home, as you are being asked to use your
light and share your spiritual knowledge to light the
way for others. While your journey is an individual one,
each of you has agreed to light the way for everyone
and this process will infuse the planet with light and
raise its vibrations to remove the veil. Eventually the
veil will be lifted and you are part of that process. Your
ability to connect with both worlds, to be an instrument
for this blending allows this to happen.
The task that you have taken is so important to the
Shift. As you begin to connect more and more to the
spiritual world you may feel a strong desire to return to
it, to go home. You can do that but not by leaving this
planet. You will create a connection that will allow
each of you to experience both worlds, to be in the
spiritual and material worlds simultaneously so you
can be home in an energy that suits you without
abandoning your work. Let your light shine wherever it
is directed or needed, be at peace with this process
and know that all is unfolding as it should. Welcome
the blending of the spiritual and material planes as
you prepare yourself and everyone to a new reality of
peace, joy and unconditional love.

Today's Children--I Believe in You
Indigos have a hard time believing in themselves and
in their abilities but so do we as they do not act in
ways that compel us to believe that they know what
they are doing or are going to accomplish anything.
Often their behavior and actions show us just the
opposite, that they are going to fail. Since they don't
ask for help we can be in the position to not know
what to say or do to help them. We can't help them
unless they ask for it but we can tell them and show
them that we believe in them, whatever they are doing.
One of my clients struggled with her Indigo daughter's
behavior and was close to giving up on her. When her
daughter joined the armed forces she was shocked
and was sure that failure would be the only possible
outcome. But she kept her concerns to herself and
just reminded her daughter that she believed in her.
So on graduation day she was more than proud, she
saw that her daughter had finally become the
confident, self-assured person she knew she could
be.
It is hard for us to be still and not 'do' anything for our
Indigo children because they can be so unmotivated,
lack direction and appear to have no purpose or
commitment to anything. It is our belief in them and in
their abilities that will get them through this. I have
experienced this with my own Indigo children and
know that it is true. They need to experience life, to
know what things feel like, to know how far they can
push their luck before they finally succeed at
something.
Indigos remind us that life is not about 'doing', it is
about who we are being. As we know, they cannot
tolerate people who are not authentic or truthful. They
can sense what is not real or 'right' from a great
distance. They can and will eventually find their path
but sometimes their efforts look like failures to us and
they can be. But to an Indigo these are important
steps on their path, so they can experience what they
came here to change and do the best job possible.
We can help them by believing in them, their success
and their ability to find a path that will allow them to
shine.
