This week's messages
One Step at a Time
By following the path of transformation we bring
change into our lives. This process can be easy or
difficult, depending on how we view it. Change comes
to us because our soul is ready for growth and
requires the experience and situations that we create
in order to move us along our spiritual journey. When
this happens and the way it happens can be very
disruptive as we see various aspects of our life that
seem to fall apart. The future we once planned can
become impossible and we wonder what will happen
next. It can be difficult to take the process one step at a
time, but that is what we must do.
Life is given to us and is lived one day at a time and
we move forward on our spiritual journey one step at a
time. Granted, some steps may appear to be larger or
smaller than others but we still must take them one at
a time. When we try to do more than that we become
frustrated and stuck, unable to move forward. We want
to get it over with, reach the end and know that
everything is going to be OK. In trying to see the
biggest picture possible we step into our fears
of 'what might happen' at each stage of the process
and then we are stopped on our journey until we can
resolve them.
Our fears present themselves each time we
experience a challenge, the unfamiliar or something
that takes us out of our comfort zone. Seeing them as
what they are, a pause in our journey, creates
opportunities for learning. We can no longer avoid
them, as we have in the past, it is time to see them as
what they are, to acknowledge their existence and to
heal them forever. This is the Shift at work, allowing us
to finally heal what we have been working through for
lifetimes.
Being in fear is part of our human experience.
Overcoming fear is part of our spiritual journey.
Reconciling our humanity and our spirituality is the key
to creating heaven on earth. When we learn to
reconcile these parts of our earth experience we will
become what we have always wanted to be, live the
life of our dreams and enjoy the journey instead of
trying to reach the destination as quickly as possible.
Taking it one step at a time allows us to acquire as
much knowledge as possible so that we are finally
able to move forward to the next step, taking along
with us every bit of knowledge so that we do not have
to repeat this aspect of our journey again. We will
continue to experience transformation but what we
have learned we can apply to the next step and our
journey will be easier, less scary and more serene.

a dynamic Universe and our lives can change every

Where's the Team?
Now more than ever it feels as though we need a
team of friends and supporters around us to help us
through these final stages of the first part of the Shift.
And where are they? Many of them have moved on,
taken another path or just disappeared. I have a core
group of friends around me that I have had for many
years. Many friendships that I began since the
beginning of my Shift work are no longer in my life. But
they have been replaced by many other, sometimes
unanticipated relationships. My team has grown and
changed in very different ways. I also have more
support from my spiritual team that I have had to turn
to as my human team disintegrated.
A new (and unexpected) component of my (human)
team is my family, My commitment to healing my
family relationships has resulted in profound changes
in the way that my family relates to me and our
relationship is closer than it has ever been before. Any
relationship with friends or family that we heal at this
time can take on a new significance in our life-it can
either finally be healed and closed or it can begin
anew in a very different way. My spiritual team
connection is also stronger and I find that the
guidance is there as soon as I ask for it.
Any relationships in which we create healing frees us
from our soul group karmic commitments and we are
finally able to find closure. This may result in the end
of certain relationships. Other relationships can take
on a new dimension and become what we never
expected they could be. This healing process has
been attempted over many lifetimes with our soul
group. Once we begin to forgive, which is an essential
component of the Shift and the only way to heal karmic
bonds, we shift the energy of all of our relationships.
As we move out of karma and fear and into a high
vibration our spiritual connections become stronger.
They have always been available to us, but we cannot
connect to them as effectively when we are functioning
at a lower vibration.
As we shift our energy we are being propelled into
vibrations that we may never have experienced in our
various lifetimes. These energetic shifts can move us
forward so far that we move out of the vibrations of the
team or support groups that we have created for
ourselves. If we have a fear of being alone this can be
a very difficult process as we may have to spend time
alone and turn to our spiritual connections to find
support and guidance we had previously received
from family or friends. Once healing has occurred we
can attract new relationships into our lives, including a
new soul group, with which we don't have karma and
learn to experience life and relationships on a different
level. The new group will reflect our higher vibrations
and will be able to support us at that level, creating
new opportunities for growth and healing on our
journey.

Uriel's Message-- The Experience of Beliefs
What do you believe about yourself and your reality?
Can you believe in the divinity of each person? Can
you believe in your power? Can you believe that
heaven can exist on earth? Your power over the
material plane is such that whatever you believe is
created before your eyes. This is the experience of
beliefs and it is reflected in the reality before you. As
Lightworkers your task is to change your experience of
the material plane by changing your beliefs from what
you have learned in this and previous lifetimes to what
you know to be true about the power of unconditional
love and the Light. The beliefs that you change will be
reflected in the reality around you.
Your individual reality and that of all of humanity is an
experience of your beliefs, or what you think or have
been told is true. As Lightworkers you have come to
reconnect to Source and to guide the planet to
unconditional love. You have come to change the
experience of beliefs from fear and all of its
manifestations to the Light. When you focus your
beliefs on the Light and see it manifested in everyone
and everything around you, you open portals of higher
vibration so that everyone can experience this as well.
When you believe in the divinity of all, in the power of
the Light, you create that vibration for everyone around
you. Each of you vibrates at a particular frequency and
it is the collection of your vibrations when you believe
at the level of the Light that you will create an
opportunity for transformation at every level of being.
This is why your beliefs are being tested at this time,
so that you can overcome your fears at an individual
level and create them at the level of light. This is
happening in your individual reality and at the level of
all of your lifetimes.
This first phase of the Shift is nearly complete and the
portals of healing are now open for all to experience.
As you go through your day you may be challenged to
see the divinity in those around you. Your ability to
believe the Light into being allows the highest
expressions of Light to exist in your reality. And the
vibrations for healing, reconnection and unconditional
love are created. This is how powerful you are and it is
what you came to do. This week, see everyone in the
Light, remember your power to create the reality of the
world through your beliefs. Examine what you believe
to be true and see your reality as an opportunity to
fulfill your task of bringing healing and Light to the
planet.

Today's Children--Indigo Parent Contracts
Indigo children and their parents (who also carry
Indigo energy) often have a very strong connection.
This is partly because the parents wanted to create
different and better relationships with their own
children than they had with their parents. But there is
another dynamic at work, a soul level contract that
exists between them and their children, creating a
connection that is centered on a commitment to
nurture and care for them until they move past the
problems they are currently encountering and help
them move towards the fulfillment of their life work.
Indigo children are often not ready to leave home at
early adulthood and need to be able to return between
forays into the world. They need to know that someone
is there to care for and support them. Being able to
go 'home' when they need to is very important to them
and is essential for their emotional well-being.
Whether that 'going home' is physically returning to
their parents' home or exists in their ability to
reconnect to their parents for support, either option
can be part of the soul contract that parents have
created with their Indigo children.
These soul contracts can be why we are so connected
to and concerned with our Indigo children, where we
will fight for their physical and emotional survival, even
if that means caring for them long past the time when
they 'should' be on their own. My older Indigo son
moved back home three times before he finally left
permanently. And he was not the best house guest.
He was still dealing with depression, addictions and
the low self esteem that Indigos suffer from. But not
allowing him to come home was not an option for me
as I knew it was important to his physical and
emotional survival.
The Indigo energy is challenging and these children
and young adults require a great deal of attention.
Many of them leave home to live with roommates for
many years, delaying marriage and starting a family
until they feel comfortable doing so. They don't like to
be alone so they will surround themselves with a
support group, whether it consists of family or friends
who become family, until they feel confident enough to
move out on their own. My Indigo son currently shares
a house with four other young men because that is
where he is comfortable. We still speak often and he
calls me for guidance and support. This is our
contract at work and I know that when he reaches the
point where he feels confident he will move off in his
own direction and I will have done all I can to help him
achieve the confidence to walk his path on his own.
