Assuming Peace
The Earth energy is a school where we learn about
many things, among them the energy of polarity which
involves the opposite energies that exist. We know
these energies as light and dark, good and bad and
now, more than ever, war and peace. Many teachers
have come to humanity over the course time, teaching
us about peace and how to attain it. While we believe
in their teachings and can apply them to our own lives,
we often feel powerless to affect the larger workings of
our societies and cultures. We are powerful enough to
use our power to assume the best in our lives and
create it. Can we assume peace for the world and
watch it unfold?
During the past two years several organizations have
conducted experiments on the power of prayer and
thought. So they chose a time and date and found
volunteers to agree to think positive thoughts, send
energy and pray during that period of time. They found
that they could measure the energy that was created
through the efforts of these individuals. While this was
a single experiment, it underscores the power that we
have to enact change when we focus our energy and
intent on a common cause or purpose.
What we learn to do in our own lives is preparation for
us to put into practice on a larger scale. So the work
that we do in assuming love, peace, joy and abundance
for ourselves and watching it manifest in our lives gives
us the confidence to put this into practice on a global
scale. To do that we must understand one of the most
important concepts about the Earth energy. Since all of
mankind is connected, the thoughts and intent of one
person have a profound effect on the whole. Each one
of us, then, has the opportunity to assume peace for
the world and assist in its manifestation.
Imagine what would happen if all lightworkers,
everywhere, took time each day to assume peace for
all of humanity and the world. If the thoughts and
intent of a single person have the power to affect the
world, what would happen when thousands or millions
of people engage in the same activity, of assuming
peace? Now, more than ever, we must assume peace
for the world. Much progress is being made and there
are more gains to be made. This week, take a few
moments during your day, any part of your day, to
assume peace for the world. Don't focus on ending war,
just focus on peace. We are here to usher in the new
Earth, the new energetic frequency of this planet which
is one of peace and unconditional love. We cannot fight
negative energy with more negative energy, but we
can convert darkness to light by assuming peace.

Resist and It Persists
Our lessons do not bring us to the place where we do
not have any more lessons. Rather, they empower us
to do things differently the next time that we are faced
with a similar situation. But no matter how much
spiritual knowledge we attain, we must still address the
human side of our being, the side that reacts to, gets
emotional with and resists the lessons that we are
faced with. Some lessons are hard to release,
especially when they involve other people or things
that matter to us. Yes, we are told to let go and to let
the energy move through us and we nod our heads in
agreement and move out of the classroom and into life.
And as soon as we are faced with an opportunity to
practice detachment and letting go, our first reaction is
to resist.
Our resistance is not an indication of our spiritual
weakness. And there is much to be learned in what we
resist. Whatever we resist is an indication of what we
are not ready to let go of, whether that is an emotion,
a belief, an action or a desire. Each of those indicates
a place where we need healing and, as we know, our
lessons are custom designed to connect to the places
where healing needs to occur. As we resist, the
situation continues because what we resist persists.
Not because the Universe has a warped sense of
humor, but because we have a tendency to learn
through pain.
Each lesson provides us with an opportunity to heal a
wound in some part of our lives, wounds that extend
beyond the lifetime that we are aware of. Our wounds
often originated many lifetimes before the one we are
currently living. These wounds are imprinted on our soul
and cellular memory so their effects are long-lasting
and far-reaching and can often cause us to react to
situations in ways that we do not understand or can
sometimes not even control.
Knowing that there are other factors at work provides
us with a clue to our behavior and a key to
understanding our lessons. What we resist does persist,
and the more we resist, the strong our attachment to
the situation, the deeper the wound that we need to
heal, and the more our resistance will create a barrier
to our healing and progress. Not because we do not
deserve healing, but because the healing is critical to
our soul's evolution. What are the lessons that are
occurring in your life now? Which ones are you resisting
and not able to easily release? Can you acknowledge
wounds that you cannot remember and heal them
through unconditional love for yourself? Learn from your
resistance, the areas where you cannot let go,
because what you resist persists but what you release
with unconditional love is healed forever.

Uriel's Message--Accept One Another
It is not easy to accept those who are different from
you, especially those who actions cause you pain.
Acceptance of others means acknowledging that you
are all children of God, connected to the Source. The
reason that all of humanity does not share the same
physical characteristics is so that you can learn to see
past the physical and see the spiritual. If you were able
to see each other in spirit, you would see nothing but
the various colors of the aura. As you progress through
the Shift and raise your vibrations, each of you will
embody only the pure light of the Christ Consciousness
so you will indeed all look the same. Even as your
vibrations raise now, you perceive others differently
and move towards the ability to see the from a spiritual
and energy viewpoint, instead of only the physical.
Unconditional love removes your ability to see
differences in others, and all become One.
Just as a painter uses paints to create colors and an
architect uses wood and nails to build a house, there
are energies on this planet that use your fears and
perceptions about others to create and magnify
discordant energies. These energies increase your
ability to see the differences in others; in fact, when
you are in fear, the differences are all you are able to
see. Your fear triggers your ancient soul memories that
are attached to your karma and this allows you to
step back into the past, a time when you had cause to
fear others because of their differences.
Your power to manifest peace and spread light depends
on your ability to maintain your position as a beacon of
unconditional love. If you can accept others then you
can remove the fear from yourselves and from them,
and take away the tools that are being used to create
the discordant energies. Fear is very powerful, but not
more powerful than love. There will always be those
who live in fear and who try to spread their fear
through others. You have many examples in your
history of how one person was able to infect others
with their fear to create hatred, intolerance and
violence in the world. But they have no power if no one
follows them. By practicing acceptance you remove
yourselves from all karmic entanglements, discord and
diffuse fear's power. Then it too because transformed
into unconditional love.
The Shift offers each of you the power to bless others
with unconditional love and spread peace, joy and
harmony on the planet. Start with accepting others and
seeing them as part of the Source. Those who
perpetuate the negative energies can only do so when
they have fuel for their efforts. Remove the fuel, which
is the fear, and they will not be able to function. Love
will overcome fear in every case and the entire
Universe stands behind this effort. The Shift is ushering
the new earth, the new paradigm for this planet, one
where you are all vibrating at the level of the Christ
Consciousness, where you are all One. Just as the
Creator accepts each of you, accept each other and
allow unconditional love to rule, everywhere. This is
what will help create Heaven on Earth.

Today's Children-Mind and Heart
The new article on today's children is now available on
the website. This generation is known by
many names, including Indigo and Crystal Children, Star
Children, Light Children. Whatever name they are known
by, they are a generation that we have never seen
before and they have special needs, gifts and talents.
The Crystal and Indigo children represent the new,
higher energetic patterns that are arriving to change
the Earth's vibrational frequency.This new series
provides information on these children and the
wonderful gifts they bring to the world.
A mother's raised voice caught my attention as I
waited in a long line at the bank. I turned to see what
the commotion was about and saw a woman and her
young son. He had been fidgeting and knocked the line
divider over, which fell with a loud clatter on the marble
floor. His big blue eyes filled with tears and his face
turned beet red as everyone in the bank turned to look
at him and his mother. I remember the times that my
own Indigo children could not stand still and 'behave'
and created disturbances in public. I also remember,
with some regret, how I too yelled at them or
whispered loudly for them to behave, stop fidgeting and
to control themselves. What I didn't know them was
that they were not manifesting their own impatience
with the situation, they were simply using their
empathic gifts. The little boy was picking up and
reacting to the impatience and stress of every person
in the bank, from the hurried tellers to the people
waiting in line. That energy has to go somewhere and it
gets attracted to and goes right through the Indigo
children (and adults).
I agree that Indigo energy can be difficult to cope with
because it is often 'all over the place.' But we must pay
attention to what we tell our children when we are
angry with them because Indigos are unusually
sensitive to our energies. So when we speak out in
anger and yell at them, our words hurt them but our
unspoken anger hurts even more. And because they are
able to read our energy, they see the anger and
frustration and knowing that they have caused it, can
believe that they are everything that we are saying
and feeling at that moment. Because I was standing
close to the little boy, who was about 10 years old, I
heard him say 'I'm always messing things up.' I knew
exactly what he meant and wanted to assure him that
he was OK but refrained as his mother was still angry,
so I just smiled quietly and sent him a loving reminder
that he was perfect, just as he was.
Today's parents were raised by a generation of parents
who frequently expressed their anger and frustration
verbally and physically. And they wounded us because
we picked up on the psychic energy that was attached
to their anger. Our parents did the best that they could
with the tools and knowledge that they had and we
took those tools and tried to do better with our own
children. The Indigo children absorb all of these
energies and tend to take them very personally and we
can wound our Indigo children deeply without even
realizing what we are doing. Although it is often difficult
to cope with their energies and they can be
exasperating and frustrating, we will help them gain self-
confidence and learn to control their behavior through
positive reinforcement. Teaching them how to manage
their empathic tendencies and to process the energies
that they experience will provide them with skills that
they can use to improve their relationship with
themselves and with others. Indigos struggle with self-
esteem and finding their place in the world. They have
intuitive gifts that they do not know how to use and
are often bombarded by energies that they don't know
how to process and release. We can help them by
understanding what causes them to act the way they
do and to provide them with the skills to manage their
intuitive gifts so that they feel empowered by them,
instead of viewing them as one more way in which they
are different and unable to be 'normal.' The Indigo
energy is as challenging for parents as it is for the
Indigo children and we can all work together to make
the experience as positive as possible for everyone.
