Rebirth or
Rebound?
So often we leave one situation only to find ourselves in
another one that is exactly the same. Why do we do that?
Because we try to fix what we see as our failures by fixing
the other person or setting up a similar scenario, hoping that
we will do things differently the second time around. But
sometimes the second time becomes a third, fourth and so on
and we find ourselves in perpetual rebound. What we are trying
to do is complete a cycle so we can be re-born but that cannot
be accomplished unless we shift our own energy.
The rebound process is best described in relationships,
when we leave one and immediately go into another one,
thinking that the new person is different. But as we find out,
this new relationship is very similar to our previous one. How
can we find another person who is just like the one we said we
would never go back to? Unless we shift our energy, we are
attracting only energies that will help us complete our
healing cycle. Did we change? If not then our cycle is not
complete and there is additional healing to be done.
To understand why we rebound we must look at the ego,
which always thinks it's right. And the ego never wants to
admit defeat so it will help us re-create the past so we can
'get it right' the next time. If we shift our energy we
release the connections to the ego and set new energetic
boundaries, we cannot rebound because we are no longer at that
vibration. Can we resist the temptation to try one more time,
just in case we can get it right on the next try?
Re-birth is confirmation of our spiritual healing and
rebounding is how the ego forces its will on us. To avoid
rebound we can take the word 'failure' out of our vocabulary.
There is no failure as everything that 'doesn't work' wasn't
meant to. Can we accept the blessings of failures as signs
that our internal guidance system is working on our behalf and
removing those things that do not serve our highest potential?
We rebound when we think that there is something wrong with us
and that is never true. Re-birth is a shift in our energetic
core and a sign that we can integrate the healing we have done
and create fulfillment, joy, peace and love for
ourselves. I will talk about this in greater detail on

August Energies
July went by so quickly that I look back on the last 31
days and wonder what happened. Where did the time go? In many
ways last month appeared to be less challenging than May and
June but was it really? Or are we now so accustomed to the
roller coaster that we can anticipate the wild ride and don't
get so excited about it? I think this is partly true and
August brings a whole new set of energies for us to
consider.
The first week of August is highlighted by a rare and
powerful astrological configuration, which astrologers have
been talking about for several years. This is a Cardinal Grand
Cross, involving nearly every planet in the zodiac. Everyone
will feel the call to change, re-think their life, re-consider
their options and move forward with whatever they have been
holding back on. This is a 'my life (or I) will never be the
same' energy. Can you remember what happened around June 26?
This week's energy will complete that cycle. Take nothing for
granted, even the smallest, most insignificant insights are
valuable.
On the 20th Mercury goes retrograde and the shadow
period begins on the 8th. Aside from the usual retrograde
warnings, use this time to reflect on what you want in your
life. As the Miracle Coaching program students are learning,
many of us have learned to expect disappointment and no longer
trust that we can have what we want. With this month's
energies of clearing, release and taking action, fill the
vacuum left by what is released with what you want.
I know this has been such a long journey but we are
nearing its end and some of you, based on your emails, are
already there. There was a definite shift last week and this
past weekend I completed the landscaping around my house,
something that has taken over 4 years to do. As I planted the
final plant and cleaned up, my house looked 'finished' and I
knew that it was. What a relief! Whatever you are guided to
complete this month, whether it is planting a garden, cleaning
out your closets, releasing beliefs or getting closure on
something in your life, follow your guidance. This is part of
your final steps on this path and how you are being guided to
use the support we have for transformation to make lasting,
fulfilling change in your life.

Uriel's
Message -- Are you Focused on Healing?
Healing is the purpose of every lifetime, until healing
is complete. Then you are free to live your lives through
creation, instead of your destiny. But you are so focused on
healing that you do not know how to proceed. What do you do
when your healing purpose is fulfilled? While there is always
some aspect of energy to transform, healing as a focus removes
joy from your lives. You forget to live, to be in joy because
you feel that there is a reward that comes when the
healing is completed. Yet the joy you seek is there for you on
each step of your journey.
The atonement you wish to create comes from your
belief in your disconnection from Source, where you feel you
must heal the world as you heal yourselves. While the
atonement and reconnection process has been very slow, the
disconnection process was sudden and instantaneous. Just as a
child is suddenly thrust into the world at birth and separated
from the mother, that is how you were separated from Source.
As you complete each lifetime you come closer to being able to
fulfill your dream of returning Home.
You believe that healing will bring you back Home and
so many of you miss that energy now more than you ever have.
The more the veil is lifted, the easier it is for you to
recall your spiritual connections. Your longing to go Home
creates a need to complete your healing mission now, to heal
yourselves and humanity, so you can be finished. But you are
not going Home, you are creating energetic openings for the
ascension to happen on Earth. And your focus on healing is
preventing you from creating joy in your life.
As healers you have come to heal the world of its
pain but you have also come to show the world joy, love and
peace. See the world as healed, as being open and ready
for love, its energy transformed and ascension occurring. Find
time for joy, laughter, to marvel at the wonder and beauty of
the planet because these are all part of your healing journey.
Humanity's healing also includes knowing vibrations beyond
fear and you can teach this by bringing these energies into
your lives. You are the healers and the way-showers, so show
the world the way to joy by learning to en-joy yourselves and
incorporate lighter energies in your healing
work.

As an oldest child in my family and the oldest of all of
my many cousins, I often wished I was an only child. Only
children had their parents' attention, didn't have to share
their toys, (seemed to) get everything they wanted and I
thought they were happier. Of course, these were my thoughts
and I know, from interacting with many clients who were only
children, that this is not always the case. There is a group
of Indigos and Crystals who were only children and others who
felt they should have been and were not. There is something
very special about the roles these children play and how they
chose to be only children.
Some only children were 'accidental' children who
arrived unexpectedly, long after their parents stopped trying.
Others were born later in life, after the older children had
left. And still others were the only child their parents could
or decided to have. In one tragic story, a client is the only
survivor of an automobile accident that killed her three
siblings. There are many karmic reasons for being an only
child that have to do with death, abandonment, restitution and
atonement.
Whether it is to have the attention denied them in a
previous lifetime, to repay caretaking, fulfill a promise or
complete a lifetime that was interrupted by separation or
death, only children can have a special relationship with
their parents. They can also need the time alone or freedom
from sibling rivalry. Whatever their reason for being an only
child, it was a conscious pre-birth choice you made to fulfill
some aspect of your soul contract.
If you are an only child you may have spent some
lonely years, regretting that you did not have siblings to
spend time with. But this was a time of contemplation and
peace that your soul needed. What were you able to do as an
only child and what did you avoid? Indigos and Crystals who
chose to be only children needed their time alone and had much
growth to do during this time. So rather than spend time
regretting your childhood, find its positive aspects so you
know how this choice prepared you for the life lessons and
mission you chose for yourself.
