This week's messages
Living in Wholeness
Our life is a spiritual journey of healing and learning
on emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual levels.
Until we choose to unite those aspects of our being
we can feel disconnected, separated and confused.
Bringing them together is achieved through choosing
spiritual wholeness, which is our willingness to view
ourselves as multi-faceted and multi-dimensional
beings and above all, spiritual beings having a human
experience.
When all of the aspects of our being-emotional,
mental, energetic and spiritual work together our life is
a journey of discovery. Then each of our life
experiences, even the painful or difficult ones, is no
longer mysterious or confusing. We can ask
ourselves why we chose that lesson and look at it on
different levels-what emotions were involved, what
our thoughts were, how our energetic vibrations and
those of the people and situations we attracted
worked together, and what contribution was made to
our spiritual growth. Spiritual wholeness will not
remove our lessons from our path but it will make
them much easier to process and work through.
Spiritual wholeness benefits us as individuals
because when we are spiritually whole we cannot live
in fear. Fear exists when we feel powerless and are
unsure of ourselves and our future. But when we
make the choice to be spiritually whole we do so in
recognition of our power and our Source connection,
which removes fear from our experience. We cannot
be both in fear and standing in our power at the same
time. This choice is an acceptance of who we are and
that opens the doors to everything that we can
become, do and have.
On a larger scale, when each of us chooses to
become spiritually whole we create this possibility for
all of humanity. Imagine a world where everyone
understood and connected with their power. Imagine
a world where the focus was on peace, abundance,
joy and unconditional love, where everyone was
focused on creating the best and most wonderful
reality for themselves and then created this for
everyone else. We would truly have heaven on earth,
which is what we have come here to do. This is not
only possible, it is happening now. On July 17 millions
of people came together to 'fire the grid', which was
an exercise in healing, the power of intention and
showed the willingness of people all over the world to
spread and work with the light. The energy to create
the world that we want to live in is there--imagine
spiritual wholeness for your life, hold the energy and
you help magnify this energy for the world.

What Is the Take Away?
I worked for many years as a project manager in the
technology industry. Most of the projects I worked on
were large and affected many people, so a successful
outcome was critical. One manager I worked with for
several years always had a final project meeting
during which he asked the question 'What is the take
away from this project?' Good or bad, he believed that
each project provided valuable information that could
be used in the future. So we spent hours reviewing the
good and bad points of the project on an individual
and group basis. It was a helpful exercise, although
difficult at times, that was informative and useful.
If we look at our life experiences on the basis of two
criteria-whether we failed or we succeeded-we are
neglecting an opportunity to learn valuable information
about ourselves and others. If we failed we tend to feel
bad about the situation and hope it doesn't happen
again. If we succeeded we can wonder whether we
were just 'lucky' and hope that we have good luck in
the future. Both situations can provide us with
information that we can use to move forward along our
spiritual path. Whether we feel that something worked
out or not, meaning that we had the outcome we
expected or not, every situation can provide us with a
wealth of information that we can use in the future.
Did something not work out as we expected? Is that a
failure? Perhaps we had too many expectations, or not
enough. Maybe we hoped that someone would come
through for us and they didn't. Maybe they did the best
that they could. If we were successful, do we celebrate
our success or pass it off as a luck that may not be
repeated? What did we do, think or create that we can
use again in the future? What skills, talents or gifts did
we use or learn we had to create the success? Either
way, what did we do to create the situation and the
outcome and how can we avoid or repeat it in the
future?
In each life situation, whether it was a success or a
failure, finding the 'take away', is a way of learning
about the gifts that each experience has for us. Each
of our life experiences is valuable and meaningful,
each is a learning opportunity that holds valuable
information for the future. And we know that what we
do not learn from we will repeat until we do. Finding
the 'take away' will help us understand more about
ourselves, the relationships and situations that we
attract, what we create in our reality and why and help
us create the joy, abundance and peace that we
desire.

Uriel's Message-- Who Do You Pray For?
When you pray, you reconnect with the Source and
remember who you are. Prayer is any form of
communication with the spiritual realm, whether you
are asking for something or expressing your gratitude
for what you have received. You can pray for anything,
at any time according to your needs. You do not need
to wait until you are in need to pray; use your gift of
prayer to remind yourself that you are never alone and
always have access to your spiritual connections. You
can pray for yourself but the greatest gift you can give
to another is to pray for them.
Do you pray for those who hurt and persecute you?
When you pray for them you acknowledge your
responsibility in creating this situation. Prayer is one
way to release it. When you pray for them to receive
their blessings, find the light, to find peace, you ask
Source to take over the burden of dealing with them.
When you pray for those who are unkind to you or who
do not honor you, you change the energy of your
interactions from material to spiritual. Praying for them
allows the light to work in the situation and create
healing.
Do you pray for your leaders, for those who run your
governments and make your laws? Complaining
about problems only focuses on the negative energy
and the darkness. Only light can heal darkness. Pray
for your leaders to accept their divinity, to live in the
light, to find peace within themselves and that their
actions be divinely guided. Pray for the world, for all of
humanity, for all people, all over the world. This
acknowledges your connection to all and spreads
light to even the darkest corners.
When you pray for others you cannot ask for what they
do not want for themselves. You cannot use prayer to
alter another's life path or to change their behavior.
But you can pray for them and allow the light to work in
every situation. When you pray, remember to pray for
others. It is a gift that you can give them, one that
acknowledges your connection and their divinity.
Remember that you are all children of God, all part of
and connected to the Source and what you ask for
yourself you ask for all of humanity. Pray for others as
you pray for yourself and give the world the gift of light,
peace and unconditional love.

Today's Children--The Worried Indigos
All Indigos, adults and children, worry about
everything. How this worry manifests differs
depending on their age but it affects their behavior and
how they interact with others. They tend to keep their
worries to themselves and will not share them, even if
they are asked. If you are not someone who worries
about things, discovering what they worry about would
surprise you because it won't make sense to you or
involves things that they could act on, instead of
worrying about them. It seems that part of being an
Indigo is to have the ability to worry about any and all
of life's uncertainties. And as with everything that
Indigos do, they take it to extreme levels and do not
always handle it well.
Do you know an adult Indigo who is a workaholic, who
is always afraid of not being able to pay their bills,
save money, keep their job, manage their life? They
do this because they are worried and they believe that
by working twice as hard they will do twice as well.
How do they handle their worries? They may spend all
of their time at work or at the gym, drink, use drugs or
engage in other addictive behavior. Their worry may
make them angry, difficult to talk to and preoccupied.
Do you know a younger Indigo who walks around with
a frown on their face, always seems distracted and is
difficult to talk to? They are also worried-about their
life, how they will fit in, how they will find their path and
how their future will unfold. They can manage their
worry by working very hard or by doing nothing. And the
younger Indigo generation is particularly prone to
addiction to drugs and alcohol and often takes this
path when they can't manage the stress in their lives.
Criticizing and complaining are approaches that never
work with Indigos. Finding proactive solutions,
discussing alternatives and being patient are ways to
help them manage and find solutions to their worries.
This is true of both adult and younger Indigos.
Understanding that they worry because they lack
confidence and this is also why they tend have trouble
getting motivated is helpful in finding solutions. They
need support to get started and to help them continue
to move forward. They also need support in finding
new or different paths when what they have chosen
does not work. Once they find their path and can
believe in themselves they will stop worrying and will
find things to be happy about. It is a process that takes
time and is achievable.

Spiritual Mentoring
I am now offering a spiritual mentoring program,
where
we will focus on your spiritual growth, current issues
or
problems and work through a solution. This program
is
available in blocks of four weekly sessions where we
work together to help you move past whatever is
blocking your spiritual path. Information is on the
website on the Spiritual Mentoring page. This program
is different from miracle coaching in that you choose
what you want to focus on during our time together.
Sessions are one-on-one and by telephone so
availability is limited.
Do you really need a miracle right now? Do you wish
you could focus on getting whatever you
needed in your life, at this moment ,and have it
appear? The Miracle Coaching program can teach
you
how to do that. Miracle coaching teaches you how to
use your creative power and become a miracle
creator,
putting you in control of creating miracles in your life,
instead of just wishing that they would happen.
The 8 week Miracle Program will teach you how to
get 'unstuck' and get the creative energy moving in
your life, so that miracles are an everyday occurrence
in your life. For 8 weeks, I will be your personal coach,
guiding you through this process. Each week you will
have a lesson to complete and a 30 to 45 minute
personal coaching session with me. I am also
available
by email on an unlimited basis to provide you with
support and feedback on your progress. You will
receive
a certificate of completion at the end of the course,
acknowledging your success as a miracle creator.
You
will also receive a FREE e-book '30 days to Everyday
Miracles', filled with information on how to create
miracles. Coaching availability is limited, so sign up
now.
Information is available on the Uriel Heals website,
Miracle Coaching page.
