is a flow of potential awaiting expression. Our potential is
simply everything that is possible for us, within the limits
of our will and energy. Potential takes form when we are
willing to transform and are at the energetic vibration to
allow it to happen.

Being
versus Having Potential
We all have potential, which is the limitless field of
possibilities that we can create our life from. Our potential
is the small voice of our heart which calls us to explore
opportunities, to create a reality from a long held dream, to
become the powerful, joyful person we know we can be. But
unless we are able to step into our potential, it simply
exists as a possibility in our life, something that we can
have at some point in the future when we are ready to change.
To embrace our potential we must be willing to 'be' whatever
it is calling us to become.
Many of us are stuck at the point of having
potential, we know that there is something better for us and a
way to live that is happier than what we have, we just don't
know how to connect to it. Our fears, doubts, uncertainty and
confusion stop us from taking the leap of faith that will
propel us into a different future. Even if we are unhappy,
living the life we know is better than stepping into something
so uncertain and unknown that when we can't find a solid
foundation to step onto, we ignore its call.
But being our potential does not give any guarantees
either. After all, it is potential, meaning that its form is
shadowy at best. Because potential calls us to become, it
means putting our dreams out in the open, exposing our heart's
desire to a critical, unforgiving world. What if we fail, what
if no one likes us, what if we do not find any appreciation
for our new self? What if we do not like what we have chosen?
What do we do then? Do we make mistakes when we become our
potential?
This is the critical point for potential, when we can
separate ourselves from the belief that if someone approves of
our potential, then we have made the right decision. Because
once we step into our potential, we also challenge others to
step into theirs. And they may be critical, but that is
because they are receiving their own inner call to become
their potential. If we could take one aspect of potential that
calls to us and give it all of our effort, become what it is
calling us to do, then we would take that first step and be on
the path to allowing our confidence and trust lead us on a
journey that would unfold into a life of being who we are from
the soul level, embracing our power and giving ourselves
permission to be the potential our heart knows is possible and
true for us. Be the potential you know you have and allow your
life to unfold for you in new, different, unknown, uncertain
and miraculous
ways.

After the Eclipse, Now What?
Like many of you, I have felt the energies of Saturday's
eclipse building for several weeks. And they have been
challenging at best, including physical and emotional symptoms
that have left me exhausted, drained and confused. At times I
feel like I am exploring a cave deep underground, wondering
what treasures I'm going to find and at each turn, finding yet
another tunnel that leads me in a new direction that is
farther, it feels, from where I want to be. And my only light
is a strobe light, which reveals only part of what I need to
see. With this eclipse a lot of energies were released but now
what? I don't feel we are at the end yet and the treasure is
waiting to be found.
The energy shifts we experience take us inward, deep
within ourselves, so we can uncover all of the baggage that we
have accumulated over lifetimes of trauma, fear, disconnection
from Source and our own power. We see this as a downward
spiral because it can be so frustrating, take so long and
while it is happening, nothing appears to progress in our
lives. But it is really an upward journey because we have
already gone down as far as we can and we are coming back to
the surface, taking care of these energies as we ascend into
our higher vibrations.
Over the course of our many lifetimes we have strayed
far from our spiritual center. With our awakening comes a
realization of just how far we are from where we need to be.
And so we begin the journey back up towards our light. And as
we move forward on this upward journey, we have to do the work
of release, disconnection and healing that is nothing more
than shedding light on the darkness around us. Instead of
going into darkness, the light is showing us how far in the
darkness we are so we know what we need to do next.
Through events like the recent eclipse we receive a
burst of energy whose purpose is to give us clarity about what
we need to do next. Are we complete with one phase of our
healing? We will know with each energy shift. Are we ready to
move forward? Whatever needs to be done is revealed to us. Are
we impatient because we are tired and angry, or because we are
afraid that we will never be finished with this journey?
Patience is nothing more than the ego's will being brought
into alignment with divine timing. When we can see our journey
as an upward spiral of shedding what we no longer need so we
can ascend unencumbered, we will find the treasure we seek. It
is right in front of us.

Uriel's
Message -- The In and Out Breaths of God
The shifts and changes in humanity's journey, indeed in
the entire flow of the Universe occur with the in and out
breaths of God. With each in breath potential is ignited, the
spark of light is infused into becoming and all of the
Universe is ready for new creation. With each out breath the
word becomes flesh, matter becomes and the formless gains
form. This is the flow of creation that you know as
life.
In your lives there is an in breath as the energy is
ready to become and an out breath as creation unfolds. When
you feel stuck you are in between stages and are struggling to
understand what is occurring. Pushing or forcing the energy to
move before its proper time yields an incomplete outcome as
the energies required for its optimal completion are not in
place. Instead of being frustrated, ask yourselves where the
energy is flowing, what is gathering force to become for you
and how you can assist in the process. Sometimes all that is
required of you is stillness.
Is the energy gathering to create the next step on
your journey or has it been released and is waiting for your
contribution, which is your intention, the partnership of your
will and the actions you need to take? What you call waiting
or trying is where the energies are gathering and instead of
waiting, you can remember to focus your intention and see
where you can become part of the flow instead of the block to
the energies' movement. You learn this in the stillness of
your heart, in which you are mindful of the trust and faith
that your journey requires.
When you take an in breath you are at the point of
transformation, the realization that you need to transform
some aspect of your life to enjoy greater fulfillment and a
more fully realized expression of your energy and power. When
you release this breath, you are partnering with the energy of
creation to manifest your intention. Recognize the power in
each out breath, as you are partnering with the unlimited,
infinite flow of the Universal energy. Feel the power that is
available to you, connect with it and know that it is through
this power that you manifest each step in your reality. Use
the power in the stillness to be mindful of your next step and
then you have full use of the power of your intention to
direct the energy towards the manifestation of your highest
good.

We talk about Indigos and Crystals, Rainbow and other
enlightened generations of children, but what about the
others? Those we know as 'different' and bringing in new
energies represent a small but growing percentage of the
people on the planet. So what kinds of energies does everyone
else carry? Are they just taking up space on the planet or do
they have a special mission too? What kinds of energies do
they carry and what is their purpose? What do we call those
whose mission it is to show the contrasts in the different
energies on the planet?
Each energy present here holds a unique purpose and
it is the combination of all energies that we know as
humanity. While we may think that we are on a journey to
wholeness that includes being brought together, that does not
mean that we will all one day be the same. We may all breathe
the same air but that is where our 'sameness' ends. The
energies of discord are as important as those of love. And the
dark holds as much virtue as the light. Every type of energy
is important because they all contribute to our experience of
Source and the Universe.
Every generation brings its unique energies to the
planet, in proportions that allow us to have enough contrast
with our own experience so we can choose our ascension path.
In the last fifty years we have seen exponential changes in
society and on the planet. These are due to the increased
amounts of higher level energies that we can carry, thanks to
the efforts of those before us. The ones who deny their
spiritual heritage create the contrast that allow others to
choose their path of light instead of darkness.
So while we are aware of those who carry the highest
levels of new energies, they are carried by everyone in levels
that vary according to their path, which may involve making
others aware of their own energies. As we look around us we
can remember that each of us is part of source, no one is
excluded and every person has a divine purpose that they are
expressing in their own unique way. We can cherish the
enlightened children at the same time we express our
appreciation and gratitude to everyone because we are all
living our purpose of spreading light, understanding and
healing to the world.
