Understanding the Flow
Everything that is occurring in our life at every moment
in time is a result of our beliefs. Once we understand
and accept that our beliefs create our reality we have a
powerful tool that we can use to change whatever
aspects of our life that do not bring us joy, peace,
abundance and unconditional love. While we will still
experience our life lessons, understanding the flow
from beliefs to reality can help us manage that
process so that we are not overwhelmed by our
experiences.
Although we can understand how the flow works
putting that into practice is a little more complicated.
Because our beliefs are so integrated with who we
are we may not be aware that we have a belief that
results in a lack of abundance, love or joy or that
creates chaos and drama. And because we are aware
of our beliefs while we are in a lesson, we must be
able to detach ourselves from the situation in order to
examine what beliefs were responsible for creating it.
It can be difficult to accept that we are the authors of
our most difficult and painful experiences, whether we
create them on a conscious or unconscious level. We
are truly that powerful. And the Universe never doubts
our power by asking us whether we truly want what we
are putting our energy towards, it simply responds to
the energy of our beliefs. So, to change our reality we
must start where it starts, with our beliefs.
Our reality flows from our beliefs in a very direct way.
Each difficult aspect of our reality has a belief
connected to it, as does every wonderful aspect.
Accepting this responsibility is one way we
acknowledge our power and puts us in control of what
happens in our life. This week, look at how your
beliefs have created your reality. Is it something you
wish to change? Remember your power and know
that everything you created you can also change.
Focus on one aspect of your reality that you wish to
change, examine the beliefs that created it and then
change the belief so you change the energy you are
putting into your reality. Expect miraculous change and
the Universe will not disappoint you.

What Do You Do While You Wait?
I joke with my friends that I am the world's most
impatient person. Patience has never been one of my
virtues and while I have learned to be patient, it is
something that I often struggle with. Sometimes I feel
that part of my lessons is to learn patience and the
delay that I may experience between the request and
manifestation is there to remind me that the waiting is
part of the process. We all experience this and waiting
is an important part of this process. So, what do we do
while we wait?
We have two options to handle the waiting process.
We can wait in faith and trust or we can wait in fear.
Because faith and trust are such an integral part of the
manifestation process, the more we trust the faster
our desires will manifest. So while we wait we can
move on with our lives knowing that the Universe is
taking care of our desires. We don't have to ask ten
times-the Universe hears us the first time.
The more we want or need something we have asked
for the harder it is to wait for it to manifest. And since
we often wait until our need is critical, we can have
faith at the beginning but that can quickly turn to fear
as we don't see our desires manifesting within our
time frame. And the more we fear, the more we slow
down the manifestation process. So we add a lesson
in patience to the process. Then we wonder whether
we have asked for the right thing in the right way and
whether we deserve to get what we asked for.
Waiting is often a part of the manifestation process.
The Universe always responds to our needs and
creates the connections that will deliver what we
asked for in the most perfect way. If we wait in fear we
could miss an important sign or simply not see that
what we have asked for has been given to us, maybe
not in the way that we expected it. If we wait in trust
and faith we know that there are no delays in the
process and that everything is happening in divine
order. Our role in the process is to ask and then wait
patiently for the results, looking for the signs and
following through with every opportunity that presents
itself.

Uriel's Message-- Integrate Your Lessons
Each of you has come into this lifetime carrying the
memories of your previous lifetimes. While you may
not remember these in great detail, you hold their
vibration within your bodies and they are expressed in
your beliefs and in how you create your reality. Each
lesson that you create is an opportunity for your soul to
heal these experiences and integrate them into your
life journey. You do not experience anything new in any
lifetime-each lesson is a new opportunity to heal a
wound. Once it is healed it becomes part of the soul
learning and integrated on your life path.
This is why your lessons are so important, because
they are part of the work you have come here to do.
Your healing journey is not something that you must
tolerate before you can do your own spiritual work, it
prepares you for the work that you do once you have
experienced the healing. Each healing experience
affects your energetic vibration and allows you to
connect to and help others who must heal similar
wounds.
When you embrace your lessons and learn from them
you allow healing to occur. Do not see yourselves as
being imperfect or even powerless because of your
lessons. Each of you agreed to experience these
things in order to raise the planet's vibrations and
help humanity move towards reconnection with the
Source. Your lessons do not interfere with your
spiritual work; they are part of your spiritual work.
Once you have learned a lesson and healed a wound
it is integrated into your life path. It no longer needs to
be learned in the same way unless you allow it to
happen. The next lessons will occur on different levels
and if you have integrated your previous learning, you
will remember and know what you have to do in order
to accomplish the next level of healing. And you move
on to the next level of lessons, integrating each one so
that you move forward on your spiritual path and help
those who will follow with their own healing journeys.

Today's Children--Recognizing Trouble Signs in Indigos
Last month my family got together for a number of
different functions so I saw my Indigo children, who do
not live close to me, several times. When I saw my
older Indigo son, whom I had not seen in several
months, I was shocked at his appearance and knew
immediately that there was something wrong with
him. While he acted in his normal way, I knew that
there was something terribly wrong. No one else
noticed it and although he denied that there was
anything going on, I kept asking him questions until I
discovered what was really happening with him.
My son, who is prone to depression, was doing his
best to hide the fact that he was severely depressed
and was not able to control it. Although I speak to him
on the phone frequently and he had been able to hide
the severity of the problem from me, I knew as soon
as I saw him that he was in trouble. And he tried to
deny it until I asked him enough questions that the
truth came out. We talked about it, came up with a
solution and I make sure he followed through to get
the help he needed.
Indigos like to keep their problems to themselves and
to deny that there is anything wrong. They do this for
many reasons, including their desire to have some
degree of privacy, especially when they are older. And
they think that they can handle everything by
themselves and don't like a lot of attention. But they
can get themselves into situations, especially when
dealing with addiction or depression, that they can't
handle themselves. We need to be able to see the
signs of trouble and let them know that we are there to
support them and are ready to help.
I have always written that communication is extremely
important with Indigos and once we have established
a strong foundation with them where they trust us and
know that we have their best interests at heart, they
will eventually let us know when something is wrong.
But we have to ask the questions and be aware of
what is going on with them. My son didn't tell me he
was depressed until I asked him and even then, he
was hesitant to admit it. He even got a little irritated
with me before admitting that he was in trouble.
Recognizing the signs of trouble in Indigos can mean
the difference between being able to help them and
watching them spiral out of control. Don't be afraid to
trust your intuition with your Indigo children, ask lots of
questions and establish communication with them so
that they trust you and know that you have their best
interests at heart.
