This month's article
is entitled A Potential Life. Our life
is a flow of potential awaiting expression. Our potential is
simply everything that is possible for us, within the limits
of our will and energy. Potential takes form when we are
willing to transform and are at the energetic vibration to
allow it to happen.

Aligning with the Highest
Potential
How do we become what we were always meant to be? How do
we know what that is? What is the link between us and our
potential, between what we are and what we can become, that
allows us to always be in integrity with our highest good and
best purpose? What can we do to create our lives as an
unfolding reality from the conscious use of our highest
potential in every situation? It is something we can learn by
paying attention to what we choose and do not choose, and
asking one important question.
From the Law of Attraction we know that our level of
energetic vibration determines what we attract and this is
expressed as the potential we are aware of. But it is
what we do as we are choosing our potential that gives us the
information we need to unlock the keys to greater abundance.
And if we can be detached and ask ourselves "Is this the best
choice I can make at this moment," we give ourselves the
option of raising our vibration and aligning with a different
level of potential.
When we choose from the fear that we must choose quickly
or the opportunity will be gone, that we will not have another
chance or that this is the only thing available to us, we
lower our energies and those of the potential we can connect
to. If we can take the time to pause and ask ourselves
if this is the best use of our energy, whether we are open to
something different and are willing to wait, that space allows
a higher potential to become available. But we must trust that
the first option is not the only one and willing to see what
may be beyond it, to allow other potentials to manifest.
Rather than getting what we want, we usually get what
we think we can have. How can we ensure that we are in
alignment with the highest expression of our potential? By
pausing and asking whether what we are choosing is the best we
can do at that moment and whether something else is available.
Our inner guidance will let us know when we are taking the
easy way out, lacking courage, or making choices that are
aligned with our fears and doubts, instead of being open to
the highest potential. This week, before making a choice, ask
yourself whether this is the highest and best choice for you.

highest and best
potential.

Father's Day, Solstice and Eclipes--Whew
This is such a busy week. First we had Father's Day in
the US, a day can bring up strong emotions for those who have
issues around their fathers. Then we have the Solstice today,
in which we have (in the northern hemisphere) the longest day
and the Sun appears to stand still. It is a celebration of
summer, harvest, and new beginnings. And a lunar eclipse on
Saturday brings in powerful energies for clearing and
transformation. This will be a busy week, so be prepared for
some unusual and at times uncomfortable energies.
With Father's Day we are reminded of our "father"
experience, which also reflects on our experience of God. Was
your father kind, considerate, attentive and supportive? Or
was he distant, absent, emotionally unavailable or abusive?
Through our father we connect with our power, and if our
father experience was one of domination and control, we can
mirror that as being afraid to be powerful. No matter how you
experienced the father energy, practice forgiveness so you can
create new ways of connecting with and expressing your
power.
The Solstice is a powerful day of new beginnings,
reminding us that it is the sun which makes life possible. The
Sun is also associated with masculine energies so we have
another reminder of the balance between male/female and light
and dark that creates the third dimension. There is polarity
in everything and just as the sun shine encourages growth in
plants, too much sun can burn everything. Today remember that
all of life requires balance to exist in harmony and we choose
the energies we express in our lives.
Then we have a lunar eclipse on June 26 which stands out
because it is part of a Grand Cross, a powerful astrological
aspect that forces change. We have been feeling this aspect
all month and it has made us aware, on a global level, of how
power and control work and what we need to do to change old,
outdated processes. The eclipse has messages for each of us:
What needs to change in your life? How can you take yourself
to the next level of being and what do you have to release in
order to allow that to happen? Whatever you do not willingly
release will be nudged (or pushed) out of your life. Watch for
the effects of this eclipse in the next six months as we are
all moved into our ascension path. This is a busy week which
compels us to release, forgive, re-structure our lives and
bring ourselves into balance with our purpose and the optimal
expression of our energy.

Uriel's
Message -- Your Greatest Gift
The words you speak are powerful forces of creation. If
you could see the energy behind your words and how they
command, are responded to and manifest, you would use them
very carefully. Yet you use words as a method of communicating
with each other, unaware that you are also communicating on
many other levels each time you speak. How would you use your
words if you knew that they were your tool for manifestation?
Would you use different words if you knew that when you speak,
you communicate with the entire Universe?
Each word you speak has an energetic resonance that
attracts its equivalent and creates a form that corresponds to
its vibration. So with each word you are creating form and
structure, connecting with like energies, repelling others and
creating new worlds. If you could see this occurring on an
energetic level, you would be aware of the activity that
surrounds you each time you speak. This is why you must choose
your words carefully, be aware of how they are being used and
what you are both creating and attracting into your life.
Because you believe that words are a component of the
physical world you do not associate them with their spiritual
aspects. You believe that you use words to communicate on a
physical level and through your thoughts and prayers you speak
to the world of spirit. Yet you are always communicating with
spirit through every type of communication. Spirit is not
selective, so each word you speak is given equal attention.
Spirit is not judgmental so each word is regarded in the same
way. Your life unfolds multi-dimensionally with each word.
Everything that exists in your reality is there because
you have called it into being, through your words. Every word
has power and creates powerfully. You wish to know what your
gifts are and yet your most powerful gift is one you do not
acknowledge, the words you speak.
Remember that each word creates and there are no
powerless words. They command the energies of the third
dimension and bring form into being. This is your power and
gift, so use it with conscious intention. Be aware of the
power you have to command your reality into being and to
create the world that humanity shares. Your words are your
gift for creation; use them to create the life you want to
live.

Conscious & Unconscious Crystals
So you do not think I am picking on Indigos, this
week we will talk about conscious and unconscious Crystals.
Although we tend to think of Crystals as the more 'spiritual'
of the early enlightened generations, they can also act in
very unenlightened ways when they are unaware of, hide or
misuse their energy. While the Indigos tend to be more vocal
and get our attention, Crystals can express their energies in
destructive ways that are unexpected and surprising.
In its conscious expression Crystal energy brings
light to the world, healing of the paradigms of victimhood and
persecution and opens the portals to divinity. This is its
purpose, to awaken humanity to the divinity within. So
Crystals are empathic, energetically open, and spiritually
aware and connected. When they are grounded in these aspects
and balanced, they are powerful healers and teachers. They can
show the world the path to healing and have the compassion to
lead others to their inner light.
In its unconscious expression, Crystal energy is out
of control, ungrounded and unbalanced. They embody the victim
and persecution energies they have come to heal and become
martyrs. Then their empathic gifts can be misused and abused
and they become the channel for others' pain. Or their life
challenges cause them to be afraid, to hide their gifts,
mistrust their power and isolate themselves from the world. Or
they can become powerful teachers who step too far into the
ego and forget their spiritual mission. When used
unconsciously, Crystal energy can be manipulative, fearful,
controlling and damaging to themselves and others.
How can we avoid unconscious expression of these
energies? Those who carry Crystal energy know that they have a
mission and it is their gentleness and open nature, which is
often their source of challenge, that is also their greatest
strength. The key for them is to remember that their power
lies in their connections and that by not allowing themselves
to be overpowered by their empathic gifts, they can better
manage the people and energies around them. When they stay
equally grounded in their spiritual and physical roots, they
learn balance and to discriminate with their empathy so they
heal the world without becoming its martyr.
