During the St. Cloud class Archangel Uriel
channeled a special cord disconnection and
healing meditation that is now
available on CD. To purchase, click here.
This month's article is entitled The
Shadow Connection, and addresses the issue of our shadow,
which we all have and fear because we believe it
contains our darkest aspects. Yet the shadow is both
light and dark, for without both it would not exist. Within
the shadow lies everything we are, have been and can be. The
shadow is our bridge from the darkness of our fear to the
light of transformation. It has no power and is only a
signpost on our path, pointing us in the direction of our
healing. Can we learn how to embrace it and use it? Read
more in this week's first article. Some
situations you are facing require that you simply acknowledge
what is and find blessings where you see only pain and
disappointment. Archangel Uriel tells us this week that
when we choose to love we choose to heal. As adult
Indigos and Crystals we are finding ourselves in new
territory, re-creating what it means to be "grown up".
Read about this topic in this week's Indigos and
Crystals section. Visit the website to see a
list of traits and decide whether you are Indigo or
Crystal ... or both.

The Shadow as a
Bridge
We live comfortably with our shadow, the aspects of our
self that we may not want to know because we believe it
contains our deepest, darkest and most terrible secrets, when
it is hidden or in the background. Once we are fully into our
journey to reconnection the shadow steps forward and what may
have appeared to be a straight path begins to take unexpected
twists and turns as different aspects of our self appear. No
matter how much we try to suppress them, there they are
seeking attention, healing and transformation. The shadow is
our bridge from the darkness of our fears to the light of
redemption, from our unworthiness to the place where we know
we deserve to have our dreams fulfilled, from chaos to
peace.
Facing our shadow is a difficult process because it
appears at the most inconvenient times. When we are looking
for a way out of whatever situation is in front of us, there
is our shadow, standing in the way, pointing out our fears,
insecurities, past mistakes and bad decisions. It reminds us
of our failures, sadness, dysfunctions and history. It is at
these times when we feel weakest, most downtrodden, most
desperate and most powerless, when we are called to find the
inner strength to face the shadow and transform it. Sometimes
we are just not up to it and we retreat. But we will have
another chance to work with the shadow, at another
time. We fear the shadow because it shows us where we
need healing and it is the point of our separation, the place
where we turned from our natural state of divine power into
the darkness of fear. The shadow has no power; it is merely a
signpost on our journey, a reminder to us of what we have come
to do. It is the answer to the questions of "why am I here"
and "where do I focus my healing". With the help of the shadow
we know the purpose of our healing journey and can walk across
the bridge it provides into the light of
transformation. Everything in our life serves a
purpose, including the shadow and everything it represents to
us. When it appears it is time for us to heal and it comes
forward in response to our need and desire to live our life in
a different way. We are aware of the shadow when our soul
knows that it is time for us to begin clearing energy,
releasing attachments, disconnecting energetic cords and
moving into higher vibrations. When we acknowledge the
information the shadow provides, we accept its teaching and
can walk along the bridge it creates for us into the life of
our dreams. Read the June

Acknowledge What
Is
Many of you are ending relationships or
resolving those that ended long ago, although you still have
feelings for the other person. Whether they are feelings of
love, anger, resentment, or compassion, they are still
feelings and they have a great deal of power. They can keep
you in a situation which although it is technically over,
still lives in your heart. Rather than feel bad about what you
are feeling, criticizing yourself for not being able to let go
or chastising yourself for loving someone who obviously does
not love you, just acknowledge what is and accept your
feelings for what they are, reminders of a connection that you
had something to learn from. Should you act on
your feelings by telling the person or trying to re-start the
relationship? If you do that, what outcome do you expect and
what do you want? What did not work the first time may
not work again, unless one or both of you has done a lot of
healing work and even then, you may have moved beyond what
that person had to teach you. The feelings that are left over
are part of the connection you have and at some level they
will never go away because you share a history together. But
you can release the power they have over you and allow
yourself to find peace of mind, heart and spirit.
No matter how much healing work we do and how
much we "mature" spiritually, there are areas where our
humanity takes over and we fall back into old patterns and
habits. Each of us has a heartbreak story, a memory of
abandonment or betrayal, a situation that did not work out as
we wanted it to even though we put our heart and soul into it.
Acknowledge what is, keep whatever good memories you have and
remember that everything that is taken from you is always
replaced with something that matches your vibrations.
We can regret the one that got away, wish we had
known more, done better or listened to our guidance but in the
end, we did what we thought was right and best for us at that
time. There is peace in every situation when we simply
acknowledge what is, find the blessings and then allow
ourselves to move on. Staying in the past brings the past back
into our present reality. Who wants to relive every
heartbreak, disappointment or betrayal they have experienced?
There is a lesson in each of them and enlightenment comes when
we acknowledge every experience for what it is, a step on our
journey, a connection that we called forward because we needed
its healing and an opportunity for us to reconnect with our
power and find the path to peace. Spiritual readings

Uriel's Message
-- Choose to Love
Your life journey is a choice between the light and
darkness, Your life journey is a choice between light and
darkness, love and fear, connection or separation. Everything
about this journey is focused on your healing, reconnection,
transformation and ascension. This has been your goal for all
of your lifetimes and in each one you have opportunities to
choose, even if you do not have an awareness of the choices
that are available to you. You can choose to love and each
time you do this, you choose to heal. The choice
to love is one of embracing your power and the creation that
you have manifested in your reality. This is a choice to honor
your journey and everyone and every thing in it, without
judgment or criticism. When you judge your choice you create
distinctions between the past and the present, between the
levels of vibration that create the possibilities you can be
aware of. When you choose to love you also love yourself and
all of the choices you have ever made. Each one was
appropriate for its time and the lessons it
contained. Each step of your journey represents a
lifetime of experiences that have led to this moment. None is
more important or better than another. When you choose to love
you love them all, for each one was made for the benefit of
your healing, you apply healing. Any judgments you have about
them continues your separation for you must love each
experience, person, situation, choice and step on your journey
as your Creator loves them, which is fully, completely and
unconditionally in that moment. With Creator there is no past
or future, there is only the moment in which you are always
whole, perfect and complete, powerfully creating your reality
as a mirror of your Self. You have worked so hard
to arrive at this moment, your challenges and suffering have
always been a result of your belief in your disconnection, the
belief that you were unworthy and undeserving of Creator's
love. In each moment, choose to love everything and you are
then connecting with the love that Creator has for you. Love
yourself, bless each thing, love each moment and you are then
fully applying the healing that has been your path for your
many lifetimes and the purpose of your mission on earth.
Choose to love and you choose to heal and then heaven on earth
is possible for all of humanity. Get the Cord

Am I a Grown Up
Yet?
Adult Indigos and Crystals are so different from their
parents that it is hard for them to know what to do when they
achieve certain life milestones. For example, many adult
Indigos sent their children to daycare and worked, something
their mothers never did. Many ended marriages and went the
route of single parenthood, another big change from the 'until
death do us part' belief that marriages should last forever,
no matter how bad they are. And many never had children,
something that simply wasn't done -- all adults married and
had children.
So now many adult Indigos and Crystals find themselves at
a period of their lives when, according to their parents'
beliefs, they should be enjoying grandchildren, retiring from
jobs they had for all of their adult life and enjoying
twilight years with their spouse of several decades in the
house they raised their children in, which was probably paid
for. These were, in the past, hallmarks of being a grownup.
But in the words of Bob Dylan, "The times they are
a-changing".
Today's world is far different from that of our
parents and at the age when they were preparing for
retirement, we are changing careers, downsizing from a large
house, moving across the country or having to cope with our
grown children returning home because they are divorced, can't
find a job or are having trouble finding their path. What was
for our parents a time of reaping the benefits of a lifetime
of hard work is for us a time of deciding what we want to do
next.
When are we grown up? By the traditional definition,
we will never be grown up because we have changed what that
means. We don't have the traditional ways open to us any
longer, we have to find new paths, use our gifts to create the
paths to stability, financial reward and emotional
satisfaction that are important to us. Our parents were
satisfied with whatever was given to them; we want more, we
want to be happy, fulfilled, knowing that we are living the
best life that we can create and we are on a journey of
discovery that will help us discover what that is. We can age
gracefully, doing what we love to do, traveling, meeting new
people, finding new ways to use our gifts and discovering that
being 'grown up' is less important than being fulfilled. Read about Indigos
