This month's article is entitled The
Experience of Wholeness and it is what describes the
totality of our experience on the earth and material plane,
the return to wholeness in body, mind and spirit. This is a
return to synergy, integration and clarity, where we become
more than spiritual beings in human form, we become
spiritual humans. There is a balance between wholeness
and perfection, which starts from our knowing that we are
always perfect. We cannot be whole without understanding this
concept. What keeps us from belief in our perfection?
Judgment, fear, guilt about our separation, which was our plan
from the beginning. But we are making progress. Read more

we release energy we must do so with intention for its
tranformation and cannot just release energy to the Universe,
which leaves it open for others to connect to. This

From Perfection to
Wholeness
The farther we travel in our personal journey to
wholeness the more can grasp the nature of the relationship
between perfection and wholeness. Understanding wholeness
requires a true understanding of perfection. Without
perfection there cannot be wholeness. But we have to
distinguish between material perfection, which focuses on a
limited set of attributes, and spiritual perfection, which is
our natural state in which everything is perfect. We are born
perfect, we move from one aspect of perfection to another and
despite how we feel about our shortcomings, they exist in the
total perfection of who we are.
The loneliness, fear and guilt that we feel about our
separation from Source, which was part of our mission many
eons ago when we first began to incarnate in the third
dimension is one aspect of our journey. Rejoining ourselves to
Source, individually and as a human family, is the path this
journey takes us on and every experience we have is designed
to fulfill this purpose. The only thing that prevents us from
doing this is the belief that we are imperfect because of our
separation. We have to remind ourselves, daily, that we
planned this and moreover, we volunteered for this
mission.
When we realize that we are both a mirror of
the separation and a mirror of God's infinite love, mercy and
blessings, we begin the journey of reconnection and wholeness.
There is nothing wrong with us, it is how we endlessly judge
and criticize ourselves for our separation that creates the
story of imperfection. When viewed from our material eyes, we
believe that we must suffer for our folly and this takes us
farther from our destination. Can we embrace our innate
perfection and from that point, make our journey to
wholeness?
Did our journey take longer than we imagined?
Considering how far into the darkness we went and how much
light we have brought to the world, we have made great
progress. And there was never a time limit for this process;
it would happen when humanity was ready. Our task, as we
struggle with the last remaining remnants of darkness, is to
remember that this is a journey to wholeness, where our
material reality is being prepared to merge with heaven. And
whatever progress we make is perfect. It has taken all we have
to complete it, physically, emotionally, mentally and
spiritually, which is why when we embrace our perfection and
see ourselves as whole we make the journey so much
easier.

Healing at the
Core
I have watched the events of this past week with
amazement as I am reminded that this is a time of cleansing
and healing, where our most painful, hidden and secret issues
are brought to the surface. Whether it is hiding the secrets
of a dark past, being out of integrity with yourself and your
purpose, facing a choice or decision you have been avoiding,
or facing your truth for perhaps the first time, everyone is
healing at the core of their being, cleaning out their
emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual closets.
While it seems that each of our healing experiences
clears out the energy in one big step, we heal at many levels,
each one that we complete leads to the possibility of healing
the next one. Many compare this process to peeling an onion,
which is built of many layers, each one leading to the next
layer beneath it. The upside to this is the next layer is
smaller than the one above it. As we transform one layer, we
have the tools, knowledge and understanding to address the
challenges of the next one. And as we get closer to the core,
we need all of our resources. Each layer we remove
brings us closer to the core, to the central issues of our
soul wounds, the beginnings of our karma and the issues that
we have pursued for many lifetimes. As we approach this core
the situations we face become more intense, the choices more
difficult and their polarity increases. This is where we
experience our deepest pain, our most challenging awakenings
and come face to face with our Truth. There is no more middle
road for us, we have to be on one side or the other, living
our life in integrity with our purpose and dreams or
relinquishing our soul's growth to benefit someone else's
healing. Core healing is the most challenging part of
our journey but its presence shows us that we are indeed
nearing the end of a long road. We have agreed to reconnect
and we knew that we would, one day, face the most difficult
healing of all, that which involves us, our choices, decisions
and our deepest fears. Here we are and what is next? More
healing as we continue on this path. We have a lot of healing
to participate in, ours and that of the world, and as we heal,
we create those energies for everyone. But we will complete
the next phase of our healing with less stress, less
difficulty and a greater sense of balance. Remember the layers
get smaller as we get closer and closer to the core. And with
each step into our own darkness we receive all the light we
need to see our way through it. Spiritual readings

| Uriel's Message -- Release Energies with
Intention
It is your intention for healing, closure and clearing
that allows you to release energies you no longer need. This
is confirmation that you are raising your vibrations and are
willing to move forward on your path and it allows you to be
aware of the veil that separates you from your divinity, in
the form of energies you no longer resonate with. But there
must be a purpose or intention that accompanies this release
or you will leave energies behind you that are not cleared and
can connect with others.
Part of your mission is to become aware of these energies
and transmute them so they are removed from the earth's grid.
You can set your intention for different outcomes, which will
allow you to release them and send them where they belong,
without simply releasing them into the Universe. These are
earth energies and you have the power to remove and transform
them but you must set an intention for the process. You can
send them back to the person who gave them to you, send them
to the light, remove them from your energetic field or
transform them into a higher vibration. When you send
energies back to someone, do so with the loving intention of
gratitude for their presence on your path. Each person plays a
role in your ascension and you must be grateful to them for
their participation to complete these cycles. You have
completed an exchange with them that has fulfilled your
healing. If you send energies to the light, do so with
gratitude for the role they have played in your healing. You
assumed them so you could transmute them and become whole. Be
grateful for their presence and for your ability to let them
go. Remove energies from your own energetic field with
the intention to also release them from the earth's grid. Your
ability to know that these energies are no longer required is
evidence of your ascension and the change in your vibrations.
And when you release energies that are of a lower vibration,
do so with the intention to transform them into a higher
vibration as you let them go. You can transmute fear it into
its higher polarity of unconditional love. Transmute anger
into gratitude for the lessons it has taught you. Transmute
sadness into joy for your ability to know that you deserve joy
in your life. Transmute chaos into the peace you can now
because you have transcended this aspect of
polarity. There is no place for blame, shame, anger and
judgment of the energies you are ready to release. They have
no meaning other than their experience in your life. You have
accepted these energies so you could create the vibrations of
peace, joy and unconditional love on the earth. You are
responsible for their presence here and you are also
responsible for their transformation. When you are ready, you
will transmute all energies into their higher vibration and
then there will be heaven on earth and the earth's healing and

Indigos Around the
World
I am sad, angry and distressed over this past week's news
of the horrific abuse suffred by generations of children in
Ireland in schools run by the Catholic Church. For
several days I cried, prayed and meditated as my heart broke
over what was done to these children. Then I was reminded that
they too are Indigos and they came here to change these
systems, uncovering the abuses and bringing those responsible
to face what they have done. Once again Indigos have brought a
serious issue to the forefront in a way that could not be
ignored. Now resolution can occur.
We tend to think of Indigos and Crystals, and other
spiritual topics as a U.S-based. movement but Indigos are
present all over the world. The early Indigos, who are now in
their 50s and older, had the most difficult challenges because
they were the pioneers who brought these energies to a largely
unresponsive and disinterested audience. As they suffered,
they made a commitment to change and when the time was right,
they knew they would. As we saw in Ireland last week, many
courageous Indigos were willing to share their stories with
the world to bring change to a system that had so damaged them
and many others.
In other countries Indigos are bringing change to
systems that do not serve the greater good, that are out of
integrity and whose purpose is to suppress, control and
manipulate others. All of these systems will eventually fall,
thanks to the efforts of the Indigos in bringing their secret
to light. But the process will not be and has not been without
pain and suffering, as we have seen and will see again. They
will uncover things that will shock, anger and hurt us but
this is what they have come to do.
And while we can offer our support to them, we cannot
undo the past. Many have suffered and some have suffered
terribly. We cannot take away their pain but we can stand with
them in bringing light to a world that has accepted the
darkness as inevitable for too long. We can work together, as
a human family, to protest, to set new standards for honestly,
kindness, generosity, compassion and understanding. This is
our work as Indigos, to bring solutions that offer
transformation for everyone, everywhere. We work together and
together we will bring change to a world that has suffered for
