Choices and Allowing
When we step into our power and are able to making
forward-thinking choices to create our reality, we move
into the realm of limitless possibilities for our lives.
Because then we can look at life as an expanding series
of options, each one leading to a vast network of
different possibilities. Sometimes things do not work out
as we wish and others in our lives are not cooperative
and despite our best efforts we cannot move forward.
When this happens, we are tempted to say that we are
being 'taken advantage of' or we 'can't do anything'
about the situation. When we do this, we are
relinquishing our ability to choose and instead we are
allowing others to make choices for us.
It is very easy to fall into a pattern of allowing and it
can take many forms. Allowing can mean that we let
our fear of others' criticism, judgment or reactions
influence our choices. Or, our expectations of their
reactions can become the basis from which we make
choices. Sometimes others' demands on our lives, time,
emotions, energy and talents create the parameters in
which we make choices. Each of these situations is
similar in that our ability to choose is compromised
because each time we consider a choice, we must also
consider the full scope of what we, and others allow
before we make that choice.
The basis of allowing is fear, something that we must
move past as we work within the energies of the Shift
in Consciousness. It is through fear that we forego our
power and ignore the choices that are available to us
because it removes our ability to see past what we are
allowing to influence our choices. Sometimes the fear
even prevents us from realizing that we are allowing
others to influence us. When we tolerate certain
behaviors long enough, they become part of our
thinking and are then habitual. I'd like to note that not
everything that we allow to influence our choices is
negative but when we feel the fear rising during our
decision process, that is a sign to us that there is an
issue around what we are allowing to influence our
choices.
As we step into our power and begin to make different
choices, we can realize that we have based our past
choices on what we believe is possible for us and even
then, those possibilities are further limited by what we
believe we are 'allowed' to have, be and do based on
others' expectations. Discovering what these are and
what fears they are based on can help us to identify
where we are thinking habitually and where are choices
are limited by what we allow. Learning this is another
key to moving into our ability to create unlimited
possibilities for ourselves and living the life that we
desire, free from the belief that our reality is limited by
what is 'allowed.'

A Pause in the Action
The Shift energy is a massive wave of potential,
brought on by humanity's willingness to move into
higher levels of consciousness. That wave of energy is
so intense that it can propel us into new states of
being, creating new states of reality. When it happens
in our lives its effects can be overwhelming and
disruptive and can create a cascade of events that
move at lightning speed. And then, just as suddenly, it
can stop and we must regroup, restructure and re-
think, rebuilding that which has been torn apart and
often facing in new directions.
When we are at that point, we can feel like the
universe has abandoned us and has created chaos
only to leave us to our own devices when it comes to
fixing the mess. But that is not the way the energy
works. When it appears like nothing is happening, it is
only a pause in the action, a time for us to regroup and
to get accustomed to the new energy levels before the
next wave of energy comes. So there is a pause in the
action, it is really a vacation or a break from the
changes that are going on around us. And we can use
it to our advantage.
We are in the midst of a number of high energy shifts,
which you may have felt over the past few weeks.
Each of these shifts brings higher vibrational levels and
a new set of changes to our lives. On an energetic
level, it is not possible for us to assimilate this energy
in a single wave. Because we feel the energy on
physical, emotional and mental levels, we would be
unable to process this energy without severe
consequences to our physical, spiritual or emotional
well-being. So the energy arrives and then pauses but
it never goes away. Like an incoming tide, it moves in
slowly, ebbing and flowing until it has set the new
energetic paradigm.
If it appears that the energy that the Shift is bringing is
too much change, then the pause in the action allows
us to re-center our energy. The Shift's energy will
empty out lives of any energies and situations that no
longer belong there, allowing us to replace them with a
new reality. Instead of fearing that the pause in the
energy flow is the end of the changes, see it as a new
beginning, a chance to re-assess our life situation and
use the changes that have occurred as a springboard
to new beginnings. The pause in the action is then a
vacation, a break from the changes and a chance to
make new choices from a different perspective. Enjoy
the pause and appreciate its blessings then move
forward with power and conviction, ready for the next
surge in energy and increase in vibration.

Uriel's Message
Do you try to make 'deals' with the Universe? Do you
promise to act if the Universe delivers certain benefits?
Many of you do that and sometime it works for you;
you go a certain distance and the Universe meets you
at that point. Then you make another deal and the
Universe again meets you at a certain place. But
sometimes your deals with the Universe do not work.
You make an effort and nothing else happens. Before
you begin to believe that the Universe has abandoned
you, consider what your purpose is in the process. All
you have to do is deliver your faith in the process and
the Universe will handle all of the details.
When you make deals with the Universe you are acting
from a position of disbelief and a lack of faith and trust.
And there is probably a little bit of fear in there as well.
When you ask for change and it comes, you know that
if you ask for bigger changes and they will come as
well. Can you handle the changes? Are you prepared for
success, joy, love, peace and abundance? Or is it
easier to assimilate these things into your lives in
smaller doses? Many of you are comfortable with
taking small steps towards the fulfillment of your
desires. At this time, however, you are being asked to
take a giant leap and that requires faith. Do you have
enough faith to trust that not only will your desires
manifest, but that your needs will also be met in the
process?
The great teacher Jesus said that if you had faith the
size of a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all
seeds, that you could command a mountain to jump
into the ocean and it would obey. What a frightening
concept. That you could have the power to 'move
mountains.' The truth is that you already possess the
power-if the mountains in your life are not moving it is
because you lack faith to go the distance, to stop
making deals and to trust that it is time for all of you to
take a giant leap and know that when you jump, the
Universe will catch you.
Where in your life are you making 'deals' with the
Universe, promising that if you see the benefit, you will
take the action? Perhaps that worked for you in the
past, but it will not work for you with the new energy.
There is too much work for lightworkers to do at this
time and it is necessary that you learn to leap forward,
with faith, when opportunities are presented,
sometimes in the form of an idea, a thought or a wish,
and act on them. As you do so, the foundation for
those desires will be built for them. Of course, you can
continue to make deals with the Universe, but expect
to see fewer results than you did in the past. The
Shift is calling you to act with faith and trust and to go
the full distance in manifesting your dreams and know
that your every need will be provided for, in more
wonderful ways than you could imagine.

Today's Children-Indigos' Hidden Secret
The new article on today's children is now available on
the website. This generation is known by
many names, including Indigo and Crystal Children, Star
Children, Light Children. Whatever name they are known
by, they are a generation that we have never seen
before and they have special needs, gifts and talents.
The Crystal and Indigo children represent the new,
higher energetic patterns that are arriving to change
the Earth's vibrational frequency.This new series
provides information on these children and the
wonderful gifts they bring to the world.
The Indigo energy is strong and creative and blesses
this generation, both the adult and child Indigo energy,
with many gifts. Despite their many gifts, however,
many Indigos have trouble moving forward along their
path. They procrastinate, sabotage themselves, allow
themselves to get distracted or simply never get
started. It can be very frustrating for those who are in
their circle to watch this lack of activity and who know
what could happen if they would just begin moving
forward. We know the results that they could
derive if they just started something. But it is not
something that they can be forced to do, as anyone
who has worked with Indigos knows that it is hard to
get them to do anything that they do not want to do.
There is a secret about Indigo energy that few people
realize, however, and it is the key to understanding
why Indigos, despite their many talents, are in danger
of never fulfilling their potential.
Indigos, as I have observed in my interactions with
them, share a common trait-they have very low self-
confidence. Perhaps it stems from always being
different, from never having a sense of belonging, of
being 'mainstream'. They also affected by the reaction
they received the first time they expressed their
individuality-were they accepted and praised, or
ridiculed and shut down? That experience often set
their confidence levels to what they are now and too
often, Indigos have been labeled as different, difficult,
unmotivated or lazy. Today's Indigo children have been
told that they can't learn because many struggle with
the rigid learning environments imposed on them by
education systems. The messages that they have
heard have sunk in and they doubt their own abilities
and why shouldn't they-everyone has told them that
they aren't like everyone else and can't succeed.
We need to help Indigo children, and adults, regain
their self-confidence so that they can move forward
with their mission. The time is short and the need is
great. The Crystal children are here and will soon be
ready to begin their work. There are so many changes
that the Indigos have to lead and they cannot begin
until they can know in their hearts that they are
capable of doing the things that they came to do.
Instilling self-confidence can be accomplished by
helping them re-discover their strengths and express
their gifts, by taking unconventional paths to learning
to create environments where individuality is
celebrated, by helping them find ways to express their
gifts and to be rewarded with acknowledgement and
validation for who they are and what they can do. The
challenge extends to their parents, educators and
communities, to accept these new energies and
embrace the changes that they are here to lead.
