Be More and Let Go
One of the lessons of the Shift is to learn how to let go
of the things that no longer serve us or that we have
simply grown past and no longer need in our lives. After
several years of living with the Shift energy, we have
learned to do this with some degree of grace. Now the
energy is more intense and we have to learn how to be
ourselves and to let go of ways of being that no longer
serve us, meaning that it is time for us to let go of how
we respond to the world in ways that limit us.
How we respond to the world is probably not something
that we spend a great deal of time thinking about
because we have developed a certain way of
responding that allows us to survive and maintain some
degree of stability in our lives. But the Shift energy is
pushing us past these boundaries and creating a sense
of discomfort within our status quo. The small, still
voice inside of us whispers 'is this all you really
want,' 'are you really happy'? And this is our cue that it
is time for us to let go of what we have been and learn
another way of being.
Of course, it will cause some degree of upset in our
lives and it will create some upheaval around us. We
are being asked to tear down our own boundaries,
those that limit our own behavior. And, everyone who
knows us has certain expectations about how we
behave, what we do and what we will do for them. This
process allows us to ask ourselves how much of our
relationships are dependent on what we 'do' for others,
as opposed to who we are 'being' in our lives. If there is
no balance in these relationships, they will quickly
become very uncomfortable for us, even though they
have not changed for many years. This is the Shift, it is
time for us to change and there is more pressure on us
to 'walk our talk' as spiritual beings.
The Shift has not been an easy process for many
people and it continues to bring change to every part
of our world, on an individual and global scale. The
process will be easier if we remember that everything
that we are asked to release will be replaced by
something better suited to our higher vibrations and
that the releasing and letting go process is always our
choice. We choose what goes and what stays, who we
are willing to become and what of our current 'being'
we are willing to keep. It is sometimes easier to make
these changes in stages but one thing is true, the Shift
energy is changing all of us. The changes may be slow
and small, but they are there. And once the changes
occur, we do not look at our world, our lives and
ourselves in the same ways again. If you are compelled
to change your way of being, take the steps that you
are comfortable taking, for now, and know that the
Universe supports your every move.

What Are We Waiting For?
No one ever wants to be the first to try anything new.
We like to have one brave person go before us to 'test
the waters,' so to speak, to take the first step and let
us know that it is safe to proceed. That holds true for
many things that we do in our lives, especially if what
we are about to do is different from that which anyone
around us does. Suddenly, we are the one that
everyone is talking about and the one who is 'different'.
That makes us uncomfortable and the fear of that kind
of reaction can keep us from moving forward. Are we
waiting for someone to let us know that it is OK to
proceed with what we want to do?
Although I have been intuitive all of my life, it was
something that my family didn't talk about, although
they were aware of my abilities. I had been channeling
Archangel Uriel for nearly a year when I received the
message to begin writing and publishing the newsletter
that you are reading and to take the messages to a
bigger audience. My mother was shocked and horrified
at my news-what would the family think, who would
be reading it and 'what was I thinking.' After that
reception, making the decision to publish the newsletter
became one of 'being' myself instead of satisfying my
family's expectations of me. And most of them didn't
speak to me for a year after I began publishing the
newsletter, but they have slowly, in the past few
months, been trickling back into communication with me.
If I had waited for someone to show me the way, to
give me permission, acknowledgement and their
blessing, to let it be OK for me to publish the
newsletter, I would never have started it. Because
there was no one in my world who was going to do
that. In fact, everyone I knew, with the exception of a
few friends, was against the idea. So, I had to go with
my own instincts and just allow the newsletter to be
born and to see what happened. And the results have
been phenomenal, with readership growth that far
exceeded my expectations and countless letters of
appreciation and acknowledgement from its many
readers. I am humbled by the reception the newsletter
has received, but also very much aware of how many
people are in need of healing, information and teaching
to help them with the Shift energies and to understand
the paradigm of the new earth.
At this time many teachers and healers are awakening,
finding their voices and becoming aware of their skills.
And it is important that they move forward with their
abilities, to reach out to humanity and share what they
know. Whether they connect with one person or with
millions, each person's soul growth is important and
each healer or teacher has an audience of people with
whom they need to connect. We do not need anyone's
permission to begin our work, nor do we need to wait
for anyone to 'test the waters' for us. Our heart will
lead us in the direction that we need to move and the
opportunities will open for us as long as we do not wait
for anyone's permission or approval to begin. Whatever
we express on a soul level is our true life work and this
contract is between us and the Universe, on an
individual, soul level. Our work is important and it is
time for us to begin. If you are a teacher or healer, the
time to begin is now, in the present moment, so follow
your heart and ask the Universe to open the door to
the opportunities that will help you to express your soul
purpose and reach the audiences that are waiting for
you.

Uriel's Message
The Shift will introduce different concepts for your
physical reality, moving your focus from the linear to
the multi-dimensional. When you can accept this view
of reality you will be able to create miracles with great
ease and have mastered the ability to create your own
experience on earth. For it is your view of linear reality
and time that limits your ability to manifest outside of
the parameters or boundaries that you believe exist in
your individual world and on your planet. The majority
of humanity, with a few exceptions, believe this way.
Yet, the Shift is changing this and is making you aware
that there is an expanded awareness available to you,
once you remove the limits of your linear thinking from
your being.
Imagine that you are in a large box and that is all that
you know of the world. If something outside of your box
exists, you are totally unaware of its presence. Now, if
you cut a small window or opening in your box and see
what is available outside, your perspective changes.
You now know that there is another world outside of
your box and you have a choice-do you stay within
the relative comfort and safety of your box or do you
cut an even bigger opening in your box so that you can
step into this new world and discover its potential. Your
world has gone from linear, where everything is
predictable, to one with exponential opportunity-
nothing is predictable and everything is possible.
The Shift journey is much like that with one exception-
it is not a journey outside of yourself, but a journey
within yourself, to go deeper and deeper into your
spiritual nature, to connect with the Source and to find
that inner source of power so that by increasing your
power on the inside, you also increase the scope of the
potential in your outside world. When you can do that,
you shift your thinking from linear to exponential and
suddenly everything becomes possible. Within an
exponential reality nothing is limited, so there are many
different potential realities available to you.
So many teachings today focus on finding happiness,
increasing your money supply, creating joy and they
present various ways to find it. But no matter how
many affirmations you use, how hard you focus on
sharing in the Universe's abundance, until you make
that abundance part of your inner reality and change
your thinking from linear to exponential, you will work
hard towards achieving joy and abundance and never
realize its presence in your lives. It is only when you
feel that you yourself are powerful, abundant and joyful
and understand that there are unlimited ways in which
the abundance can manifest in your life, that you are
able to share in the Universal Source and create
miracles in your life. This week, consider one aspect of
your life where your thinking is linear-perhaps your job
or source of income and focus on applying exponential
thinking to that situation. View it from a multi-faceted
perspective and focus on how you would like it to be
resolved. Then let the Universe provide the method and
free yourself of expectations and fear, and watch the
miracles happen.

Today's Children-The Struggles of Adult Crystals
The new article on today's children is now available on
the website. This generation is known by
many names, including Indigo and Crystal Children, Star
Children, Light Children. Whatever name they are known
by, they are a generation that we have never seen
before and they have special needs, gifts and talents.
The Crystal and Indigo children represent the new,
higher energetic patterns that are arriving to change
the Earth's vibrational frequency.This new series
provides information on these children and the
wonderful gifts they bring to the world.
Adult Crystal carry the crystal energy so that there
would be a generation that would understand the
intuitive, gentle nature of this very special generation.
Like any generation that has to pave the way for
change, adult Crystals have come to set the energy for
the sensitive, intuitive Crystal children. And their job
has not been easy. Unlike the brash, rebellious Indigos,
adult Crystals are more soft-spoken and shy, less likely
to push their way into conversations and situations,
more content to be invited. They struggle with the
demands of the material world because none of it
makes sense to them. They are more comfortable in a
peaceful, undemanding environment where their
intuition is seen as an asset and their creative skills are
their source of income.
In today's world the adult Crystals are struggling to find
their niche, often barely making ends meet and trying
to earn a living doing what they can, while dreaming of
other things. Since they are not aggressive, they often
do not have the business skills that allow them to build
successful businesses, although some adult Crystals do
have thriving businesses. They would be more
successful if they hired someone to manage the
business side while they provide the creative talent.
Some Crystals do find careers that satisfy them but
often make the tradeoff between being happy and
earning money. So while they may be satisfied with
their job, they often struggle financially.
The good news for adult Crystals is that the world of
business has changed in the last ten years and there
are many more opportunities available to them to work
in an environment that they can feel valued and earn a
living. The internet has created many opportunities for
artistic and creative adult Crystals to showcase their
work to a large audience. Those who write or engage in
other creative outlets now have opportunities to seek
work in a wider variety of sectors. Those adult Crystals
who are interested in starting a business could partner
with someone who has strong business skills (especially
if this is something that holds them back from going this
route), to help them manage its administration. Many
adult Crystals are multi-talented, but some are
intimidated by the workings of the material world and
are better off leaving those to someone else (such as
an adult Indigo!). While the paradigms are changing,
they are changing slowly and while adult Crystals can
use their intuitive skills to 'see' their success, it
sometimes takes a while to materialize. The energy has
shifted enough at this time to allow both adult Indigos
and Crystals to begin to make their way back into the
environments that they may have left some time ago,
taking with them the power that they have gained and
the knowledge that they can hold the light against any
darkness. As for the adult Indigos, the adult Crystals
can find a place in the business world where they can
feel safe and begin to create the new paradigm for the
new generations of workers.
