This month's article is entitled Life
As a Celebration. We can celebrate our life as a
joyful mission of connection, renewal, rebirth and
transformation or see each new lifetime as a punishment
for not getting it right the last time. But with
each lifetime we have new tools, new energies to work with and
new ways to address the challenges we bring with us. The big
secret that we learn is that our reality is an illusion and
how we choose to celebrate our life defines the choices that
we create. Even our karma does not affect our choices as much
as our decision as to how we will celebrate our life. Read
more in this week's first article, 'Choose Your
Illusion' . Archangel Uriel's message this week reminds
us that we can find satisfaction with each step on our journey
and taking time to do this empowers us for the next

periods of time where you felt you were not here, disconnected

Celebrate Your
Illusion
Life is a celebration of learning, growth, healing and
transformation. And we choose the energy of our celebration,
as joyful and fun or sad and chaotic. What can we do about the
times when we are unhappy, feel stuck and are not sure
how we are going to take the next step? We do not begin the
celebration when we have something to be happy about, it
begins when we set our intention for the kind of reality we
wish to have. Every aspect of our reality is an illusion that
you can change at any time by changing your thoughts, beliefs
and vibrations. As we sing in the nursery rhyme, 'life is but
a dream'. It's all an illusion and even more, it is all your
illusion which you have created in your unique, individual way
and you are the only one who has the power to change it.
This is the secret of the Universe that is
hidden in plain sight and as soon as we discover it we have
the key to our power and freedom. The illusion of our life is
an energetic loop that is based on our karma and beliefs. The
illusion remains the same as long as we are in that loop. But
as soon as we change any variable, such as transforming our
thoughts, applying forgiveness or changing our beliefs, we
change the energy and the illusion is transformed. How does
your energetic loop flow? You know by what is in your reality.
How do you feel about yourself, your lifestyle, job, career
path, and financial situation? Do you have a reason to
celebrate or feel sad because you feel unfulfilled, unhappy,
alone and powerless? What appears to be rigid
and hopeless is an ever-changing illusion that shifts
according to the choices we create. Whether we can view
life as a celebration depends on the choices that we allow
ourselves to see as part of our illusion. Yes, even the
choices that are before us exist through our illusions. And we
use our conscious and unconscious mind to choose, based on our
awareness of our beliefs and thoughts. Even our karma, which
is the initial purpose of our journey, is not a determinant of
our choices although it does determine some of our options and
how we allow ourselves to decide. This is true for everyone so
we can know which illusion someone has chosen by what is in
their reality. Having a reality that you can
celebrate begins with that intention, which then allows you to
manifest the choices that will fulfill it. You choose whether
you want to celebrate your life as joyful or sad. The
celebration does not begin when we have a happy event that can
feel proud of, it begins with the intention we set for our
reality. Once we understand that we can choose our
illusion we have access to many more choices and each time we
are able to raise our vibrations different choices become
available. There are no rules, no punishments, no choice is
better than another. Each one we make reflects what we believe
is possible for us. How do you wish to celebrate your life?

them? Remember that you can always choose differently and your
desire to change your choices is confirmation that you are
ready for something different and have completed one phase of
your life and are ready for a new celebration of your power to

Do I Create More
Karma?
For those who know that they are at the end of a cycle
and are releasing people and situations there is a question
about what happens to the soul contract followed by a question
that has to do with the karma. Once we are out of karmic
cycles with people we do not want to get back into them. Many
clients I speak to are willing to release people and
situations that no longer serve them but they also want to be
sure that the karma is over and that by releasing the person
they are not creating the possibility of more karma with
them.
In order for karma to exist between people
it must be created through an interaction that results in
unresolved emotional issues. And unresolved emotional issues
must already exist between the two people, with an agreement
that they are not interested in resolving them or attaining
the vibration at which they can be resolved through
forgiveness or a shift in the energy. So as long as you are
willing to end karma with someone, it has to end from your
side, meaning you are no longer involved with it and cannot
continue it. If it does not end it is because you are in
agreement with the other person, whether consciously or
unconsciously, that you are not ready for it to
end.
Archangel Uriel describes karma as a dance
and says that when one person stops dancing, the dance is
over. The other person may want to re-create the karma but if
you are not interested, that will not happen. So you can end
contracts, karmic cycles and relationships with people
without the fear that you are going to create more karma
because you are willing to end it. With that intention you
raise your vibration and are no longer able to connect with
the karma's energy. While you may experience some guilt or
anxiety, you can no longer blindly enter the karma without
full knowledge of and agreement with what you are doing.
And that is the bottom line with this issue,
when we clear karma we move on and the other person does
whatever is right for them. We do not have to wait, hold onto
old energy that no longer serves us, be afraid that we have
overlooked or missed something, feel guilty or wonder when the
karma will come back. In fact, once you have completed your
karma, if you do not move on and stay within the energy to
help the other person heal you could be creating more karma
with them. So heal, move on, find freedom and release the fear
of creating more karma for yourself when you release cycles
and allow yourself to enjoy your life at new, different,
higher vibrations that hold the joy, peace of mind and love
that you have been seeking for lifetimes.

Message -- Be Satisfied
The energetic vibrations that you attain represent the
learning and growth you have achieved through your healing
work and willingness to ascend through transformation. Each
lifetime you set an intention for healing and growth and when
you are able to achieve it you are able to move on to higher
levels of being. You can be satisfied with the work you have
done and proud of your accomplishments as you have achieved
great things with each level of growth you attain. But you do
not have to do this to be satisfied with yourself and your
reality. Satisfaction is another aspect of gratitude and a
gift you give to yourself, acknowledging each step on your
journey as important to your soul growth, because it
is. You may have the impression that you must
always achieve another level of growth, learn new ways, raise
your vibrations and acknowledge your lessons. While learning
and healing are part of your path in this lifetime, you are
asked to be in the moment but not to be in a constant state of
effort. Part of your learning is to be satisfied with what you
have achieved, recognize and appreciate your efforts, take
time to focus on your learning and be grateful for every
detail of your growth. You are not judged by the amount of
effort you put into your lessons, what you achieve or how much
time each step takes. What you may judge as your most
insignificant achievement may be the most important step you
have taken in any lifetime. Even the smallest
step towards a higher vibration may represent lifetimes of
effort. While you may not recognize each step you have taken
in the direction of your growth, you are aware of the
different ways that you interact with others, a greater sense
of peace and calm and more assurance of your power. These may
seem insignificant to you in the face of the more pressing
issues in your reality but they represent important steps in
your growth and in the evolution of humanity. Be satisfied
with what you have achieved before you create additional work
for yourself. Acknowledge your progress with
each step of your journey and be satisfied with your
accomplishments. There is nothing better than what you have at
this moment as it represents the best that you can do. You
have much to be proud of and are celebrated in the Universe.
Bring that energy to yourself by being satisfied with what you
have achieved. This gives you the strength to move into the
next phase of your journey, achieving new levels of growth,
new learning and new victories that can bring new levels
satisfaction, peace, joy and love. Each step of your journey
is an evolution and you can rest, be satisfied with your
progress and appreciate the work that you have done.

Adult Indigos' Missing
Years
Those of us who have been Indigos for many years, the
adult Indigos, have struggled as we prepared the way for the
current Indigo and Crystal generations. It has not been easy
and we have done a lot of energy work that sometimes required
us to be physically present but mentally absent. Have you
noticed that there are periods of your life that you barely
remember, like your twenties and thirties? Can you remember
blocks of time where you seemed to be standing still in your
life or felt very disconnected, as though you were having an
out of body experience? These are the missing
years, when we were working hard to shift energy and our
physical presence was necessary for the energy downloads and
shifts that were occurring. Many of the adult Indigos I speak
to share the same story, there are years of their life whose
details they cannot remember, but those they can remember are
confusing and they felt that they were not in control of what
they were doing. So what was happening? Some of
us experienced walk-in energy, where our physical presence was
used by different energies, others were simply processing
energy in quantities that made it impossible for them to be
fully present in the material world. Did you use drugs or
drink during those years? Those actions would have opened your
auric field and allowed different energies access to your
energy, which was all part of this shifting process that
occurred during the 1970s and 1980s. Now we are shifting
again, taking control of our power and more in alignment with
our purpose. Whatever you may feel about those
years, please do not think that they were lost or a waste of
time. You were doing exactly what you needed to do at that
time as the preparation work for this energy shift was
enormous. As with much of our work, we are not consciously
aware of what is required of us and sometimes things just
'happen'. You are now in control with a greater awareness of
your purpose. The time you spent processing, downloading,
being here or gone does not matter. What is important is what
you are doing at this moment and your awareness of the work
that is before you today. So make peace with your missing
years and just know that you were doing the right thing at the
right time, as you are right now. Read about Indigos
