This month's article is entitled Life
As a Celebration. We can celebrate our life as a
joyful mission of connection, renewal, rebirth and
transformation or see each new lifetime as a punishment
for not getting it right the last time. But with
each lifetime we have new tools, new energies to work with and
new ways to address the challenges we bring with us. In
effect, each new lifetime is a 'do-over' where
we can repair our emotional bodies and heal our
wounds. What if you could do your life over? Would you make

Life As a
'Do-Over'
I recently told my son that if I could do my life over I
would not have had children in my twenties and would have been
a drummer in a rock and roll band. Not because I don't love my
children but because I now realize that there were other
choices available to me, besides marriage and motherhood, and
that I could have experienced my life in a different way. But
at the time the choices I made were the only ones I was aware
of and the karma I had to work through was the purpose of that
period in my life. Although it appeared to be a challenge, I
know that it was a 'do-over', an opportunity for me to heal
and to work through many issues with my soul
group.
We look back on different experiences in
our life and wish that we had a chance to go back, make
different choices, and take a different route. Perhaps we look
at the person we married and wish we had married someone else.
Or we regret not finishing college or not moving to another
place or country. Yet the choices we made at that time were
important because they reflected what we needed to do, to work
through our unfinished business and complete energetic
connections we had with others. We chose them because on a
soul level we knew that we had to and when we were finished
other options would become available.
Each
lifetime represents a do-over for us, a chance to step into
the same energetic patterns and create other options. Within
each previous lifetime we would make very small steps forward,
or none at all. So we come back to try again, not as a
punishment but as an opportunity to fulfill our original soul
contract, to bring heaven on earth. Whatever lessons we face
in this lifetime are simply repetitions of our core lessons.
They are not good or bad, they are simply our homework and
when we complete them we have freedom to take other options
and follow other paths.
Viewing life as a
celebration allows us to step into a higher perspective where
we understand that each lesson is a spiritual directive and
each person is a volunteer who provides the connection to the
emotional energy that is our 'unfinished business'. To resolve
the energy we must be mindful of the choice point in each
interaction, where we can choose healing over pain, and be
detached enough to see beyond the emotional energy and view
other options. It is possible to do and in this lifetime and
at this time we all have the ability to do it. So celebrate
your life, each lesson, make a choice to take a different path
so you can create your own heaven on earth.

How Can I Change
This?
Clients often know how they can change their patterns,
re-align themselves with their power and make different
choices. Awareness of behavior, reasons for doing things and
patterns in cycles brings instant relief. And a desire to
change. No one wants to continue doing what does not work or
makes them unhappy. But knowledge is one thing and action is
another. We can know what is wrong and be grateful for that
knowledge but doing something about it is another
matter. Our life patterns that have been repeated
over the course of many lifetimes, are strongly embedded in
our emotional DNA and have been modeled to us from early
childhood by our parents, family and friends. Everyone we are
in contact with has these patterns so our confusion about how
to change them is understandable because since they are
present in everyone around us, we don't have anyone to show us
another way. Asking how we can change the pattern
is not the best question to ask because it is not the pattern
that is our focus, it is the outcome. What we want to change
is what the pattern is creating in our life. When we focus on
the result, we will implement the thoughts, behaviors, beliefs
and actions that are necessary to create the different
outcome. We are on the right path but are asking the question
in a way that is hard to answer. We can't change the old
pattern but we can create another one. Changing
our patterns and emotional DNA is possible when we focus on
what the transformation we wish to create. How can you avoid
difficult relationships? By setting your intention for what
you want in a relationship, holding that energy vibration and
allowing what can connect to it to manifest. You use this
process to establish new patterns, new vibrations and bring in
what can connect to them. Whatever was able to connect through
the old patterns can no longer do so because they are not
there to connect to. You can change anything in your life once
you are willing to release the pattern and emotional energy
and be prepared with new patterns and new patterns for your

Uriel's
Message -- The Source of your
Fears
Your fears reside in the belief that you are separate
from your Source and offer understanding into how you came to
this separation. Many of you have participated in the
experiment of separation from the beginning of your journey on
the earth, and in each lifetime you accept the challenge to
reconnect, heal, renew your promise to ascend into a higher
vibration. You bring your fears into each lifetime so you can
understand them, learn and release them. This closure is part
of your journey into reconnection and healing.
Within each of you is the fear that if you do
not learn, heal, grow and transcend your humanity that you
will be punished by an angry god. This portrait of God was
created by your religions and is not an accurate portrayal of
your ever-loving, benevolent creator whose only desire is to
bless you unconditionally and without limits, blessing you in
accordance with your every desire. When you are in fear you
remove yourself from these blessings. The basis
of your fears arises from what you have manifested with them.
With each life journey you either perpetuate fear or heal it,
you either shed light on the darkness or spread more darkness.
You have created what you fear the most and then you transfer
that fear to your Source. Can you acknowledge that you are
responsible for the energies of the earth and for the
manifestation of everything that occurs in your earthly home?
It is easier for you to fear your Source and believe that you
are powerless in the face of your actions than it is to
acknowledge that you are co-creators of your
reality. Yet while you have both love and fear
as the energies you work with, your Creator only works through
unconditional love. You may blame your fears and your
manifestations on your Creator but the responsibility lies
within you. You ask why God does not step in and change them
and the answer is simple. You provide the vibration for Source
to work with on this planet. The higher vibrations function
through unconditional love and they are unable to manifest at
lower levels. When you choose the energy of fear over
unconditional love you are no longer a co-creator, you are
manifesting solely from your humanity. Accept your
responsibility and power to release your fears and connect
with the highest vibrations to manifest the love on earth that
you know from Home and there will be peace within you and it
will be the end of the fear vibration. Read more about

Crystals and Past
Lives
I enjoy the emails many of you send regarding your
Crystal children and grandchildren. You write about their
gifts and your wonderful relationships. Some of you have
questions about their energy because many of them have vivid
recollections of past lives where they remember, in great
detail, a lifetime and often a traumatic death that they
experienced. Some of them are even confused about which
lifetime they are living and believe that they need to be
somewhere else.
Crystals can be so connected to
the spirit world and their past life memories so strong that
they do not know which lifetime they are in. They can talk and
act like an adult, name people that they could not possibly
know and provide details that they could not have any
knowledge of at their age or within their current lifetime.
This is not true of all Crystals, for some are new souls and
do not have previous lifetimes, but others are here to heal
traumatic memories and have come to you for
help.
Acknowledging their experiences as being
real is important because on a soul level they are real. They
have been through these situations and still carry the
emotional trauma. Eventually they will be able to release it
and find the peace that they came here to obtain. They choose
the parents and family who will provide them with the love and
support they need to go through this healing process. Like
Indigos, Crystals are energy healers and they may begin with
healing their own traumas from past lifetimes at a very early
age.
It is best to be supportive of them as they
go through this process. Remember that they chose you as their
parent or grandparent because you are able to understand and
help them. If your young Crystal child begins to speak of a
lifetime that seems very odd to you, just be aware that they
are processing an energy that they will eventually release but
they need your help. Talk to them, ask questions, and let them
cry or go through whatever grief process they need so they can
fully release this energy and be present in this lifetime.
