Dreaming Big for Others
When we learn to dream big, to create a new reality for
ourselves, to create the life that we enjoy living, we
are at that place where we find our power as spiritual
beings. It is at the moment that we realize our power
that life begins to make sense. It is no longer scary, no
longer intimidating, no longer full of questions. Instead,
each question contains an answer, one which can be
immediately obvious to us. What could once paralyze us
with fear no longer has a hold on us. When we get to
this point is when we can dream big for ourselves and
share that vision of life with others.
When we dream big for others we create the space
where they can learn to dream big for themselves.
Remember that the only life that we have control over
is ours; the only person for whom we can do anything
is us. That doesn't mean that we can't help anyone
because we can, but we can't do it by doing things for
them. We do it by believing in their power, in the
perfection of their lives, in their ability to create what
they want. Just as we can't teach our children to walk
(it's something that they have to learn to do for
themselves), we can't teach someone how to create
joy but we can believe in them so strongly that they
can learn how to do it for themselves.
A friend of mine shared with me that the great teacher,
Jesus, was able to heal people because he saw them as
well and he believed it for them so strongly that they
could believe it for themselves. This is how we can help
others to learn how to dream big-by seeing them as
perfect, by seeing them as capable and by looking past
what appears to be the 'error of their ways' and
judgment of their choices or decisions and just seeing
them as living in absolute perfection. Because it is
when we can accept others completely without
judgment that we see them in their power. We help
others dream big by acknowledging their power and
perfection, even if they cannot.
The Shift continues to be difficult for many people,
although 2005 will be a year of rectification for many
who have gone through Shift experiences in the past
two or three years and they will see things finally
coming together. Those who are still going through the
Shift's challenges will have an easier transition if we
remind them that they are powerful, that their
experiences are opportunities for learning and healing,
and they have much to look forward to. When we
empower those around us we share with them the
greatest lessons that we have learned through the
Shift, that we are powerful beyond measure, that the
Universe always replaces that which it takes away and
despite all appearances to the contrary, once we learn
to dream big, we claim our power, shift our energy and
will never be afraid of life again.

There is Only Healing
Forget, for a moment, your worries and problems of
today. Forget, if you can, everything that you believe
about life, yourself, the past, present and future.
Forget every person who hurt, judged or criticized you.
Forget every painful incident, embarrassment and
disappointment. When you can do this you can give
yourself the opportunity to re-interpret everything in
your life, to find new reasons for being and to come to
terms with every situation. Because there are no
happenings or occurrences in our earthly experience as
spiritual beings. Everything is healing and healing is
everything.
The only reason that we are here is to heal ourselves.
And we do that by interacting with others, whose only
purpose is to participate in our healing. That takes the
drama, romance and intrigue out of life. But it is true. It
doesn't mean that the situations we find ourselves in
are any less painful, but they can have less control
over us when we see them as healing opportunities
because instead of focusing on what appears to be
going on, we can focus on the healing. It's the
difference between focusing on 'what' is happening and
asking ourselves 'why' it is happening. And when we
look at life as a healing experience, can't get lost in the
drama because we see the drama as the vehicle
through which the healing occurs.
But are we ready to ignore the potential for drama and
chaos? Are we ready to live in perfect bliss and peace?
When we see life as a healing process that is what we
must be ready to do. Because when faced with drama,
we will be able to take that moment to pause, look at
the situation, see the opportunity for healing and
choose what we will do next. In the moment that we
pause, we diffuse the situation and it loses its power
over us. Sure, we can still choose to engage in drama
but it becomes a conscious choice, not an accident of
circumstance.
Once we expose life as a healing process it loses its
ability to cause us pain. And we can heal all of our
karmic debts and relationships, closing the door on
those experiences. Then our earthly experience can
take on a different note, one where we can learn to
enjoy life, to live from one joyful moment to the next.
This is one of life's secrets that when learned becomes
the key to unlocking our true potential, to live our
earthly life as a spiritual being and to contribute to
raising the energy of the planet. As you go through
your week, look at each situation in your life as a
healing experience; find the key to unlocking its
potential by seeking its true meaning for you. Once you
have found it, you are free of it and can move forward
in other directions.

Uriel's Message
It's time to change an old notion that you have heard
from your parents and their parents before them. Many
generations, yours included, have been told to use their
head, to think with their heads. Your head initiates your
logical thinking processes that are based on fear and
contain your memories of the past. When you think
with your head you are using these filters to bring the
past into the present. This thinking reminds you of
what you 'used to do' or how you 'things unfolded
before.' Thinking with your head is how humanity got
to where it is today. As the Shift continues and the
energetic vibrations increase, you must all learn a new
way of thinking. Instead of thinking with your head you
must learn to think with your heart.
Thinking with your heart is not just a new way of
thinking, it is a different way of looking at the world.
When you think with your heart you are changing the
filter through which you pass your thoughts. Instead of
fear, your heart contains joy. Instead of the past, the
heart deals with the present moment. So thinking with
your heart allows you to consider each moment as an
individual event and look at it with eyes that see joy
and potential.
The Shift is helping humanity move its energy from one
of the three lower chakras to the heart chakra, as
written about in the October 2004 website article. So
as you learn to think with your heart you are working
with your increasing energetic vibrations and helping to
ground your energy in the heart chakra. When you
think with your heart it is not possible for you to be
afraid, have judgments or have thoughts that are
based anywhere but in the present moment.
Your heart represents the center of the Shift energy
and as you free yourselves of your need to think with
your heads, and moving the energy is very liberating,
then you can find a place where you can begin to
experience constant joy. There is no past in the heart
center, no memories of pain and no judgment, of
yourselves and of others. There is only the unlimited
potential of the present moment, the boundless love of
the Universe and the peace that passes all
understanding. For this week, each time you feel fear
or uncertainty, consciously move those feelings through
the heart center, in your heart chakra. As you go into
the heart, imagine all fear and judgment being stripped
away, so that all you are left with is the unlimited
potential of the moment. Remember to breath in joy
and love and breathe out the fear. With practice, this
will become the way that you think every day and you
will eventually learn to think with your heart and not
with your head.

Today's Children-Indigos, Crystals and the Media
The new article on today's children is now available on
the website. This month's article is about the truth
that these children are revealing to us about ourselves,
our lives and our world. This generation is known by
many names, including Indigo and Crystal Children, Star
Children, Light Children. Whatever name they are known
by, they are a generation that we have never seen
before and they have special needs, gifts and talents.
The Crystal and Indigo children represent the new,
higher energetic patterns that are arriving to change
the Earth's vibrational frequency.This new series
provides information on these children and the
wonderful gifts they bring to the world.
Today's children are exposed to the media
in ways that no other generation has experienced.
While media such as television is not new, other media
such as music, the internet, computers, and video
games the amount of time that children spend with
them is certainly unique in the world. Another aspect
of the media is how it is targeted at children, with very
specific messages and strategies targeted at children
of various ages. From birth to toddlers, there are games
and tools that focus on the development of cognitive
learning skills; then from toddler to school age, tools
that focus on learning. Then there are the TV
programs, video games, computer games and messages
that are target at young children, tweens and teens.
As parents we have cause to be alarmed at the
opportunities that the media appears to have to
influence our children. In each of their waking moments,
there is some kind of message whose sole purpose is to
influence their thinking and choices in what they buy,
the clothes they wear, TV shows they watch,
computer and video games they play, and music they
listen to. But the Indigo and Crystal generation share a
common trait that helps them overcome the negativity
and influence of the media-they know what they want
and have already made up their minds about it. Once
they do that, very little can influence them unless they
allow it to. The generations before the Indigos and
Crystals could be influenced by the media, and many
were. But these new generations have different kinds
of energy and in many ways they cannot be influenced
beyond what they already know to be true for
themselves.
Most Indigos, for example, make up their minds about
what they want at a very early age and then move
forward completely disregarding anyone's advice or
opinions. Crystals have the unique ability to simply tune
out anything that interferes with what they can
tolerate emotionally and energetically. So they simply
do not pay attention to the messages that they hear
on the media. That is not to say that we should let our
children watch and listen to whatever they want
because there is a lot in the media that is of dubious
benefit to them. We must work with them to help them
to understand what the messages are, to help them
make up their minds about what they will and will not
listen to, watch and be influenced by. They will need to
be in the world and experience these things for
themselves one of these days and to have the tools to
make their own decisions.
When we guide them through these choices we
empower them to choose for themselves, which is a
better way to work with this energy, than to tell them
what to do. As your children interact with the media,
watch them and observe what they are doing, how
they interact with it and engage them in conversation
about it. They may, especially the teenagers, be a bit
reluctant to share their opinions with you, but you will
awaken their natural curiosity and keep them focus on
their own energy instead of adopting what the media is
trying to influence them with. Remember that these
generations are wise and knowing and are not as easily
influenced as other generations-why do you think the
media has to work so hard to get their attention?
