This month's article is entitled The Cycles of Completion and it describes what we are experiencing in this lifetime in particular, as we are completing lessons, karma, healing and creating closure in many areas. Healing is one of these cycles, there are many that are being presented to us and we can choose closure or continuation, to move forward or stay where we are. As we complete soul group commitments and our soul contracts, we have an opportunity to complete our most important soul contract, the one we have with ourselves. This is the time for us to do that and we can change the path of our own healing journey when we do so. Read more in this week's article. Completing Soul Contracts

We are living in exciting times and while on a soul level we are grateful for these times of completion, on a material and human level we are frightened and confused as many of the foundations of our material existence are eroded. We are living in the gap, as the old is quickly being removed but the new has not yet been put in place. This is a time of the ending of soul contracts with many in our soul groups. But the most important soul contracts that are ending are those we have with ourselves. It is time for us to create new beginnings for our soul journey.

We have contracts with those in our soul group, which define our healing journeys and the levels and type of healing that we will engage in with them. In many lifetimes, we are the light of our soul group and our lives are dedicated to their healing, often by sacrificing our own joy, peace and happiness. Sometimes those contracts also involved giving our lives to help others with their healing. In each lifetime, we decide how we will contribute to this process and that is defined in our soul contract with ourselves.

This healing process was necessary in order for us to bring humanity's consciousness to the vibration of mastery, to help anchor energies that would assist in the ascension process. Now that we are at that point we have an opportunity to re-write our contracts, to transmute the martyr energy and free ourselves of obligations to heal, process energy for, and be the light for others. It is a new opportunity for us, to be able to create our soul journey free from obligations to our soul group. What will we do with this opportunity?

Starting now, we can make a commitment to honor our soul's growth, to create joy, peace, love and abundance in our own lives. This completion journey is one that we can embrace without fear or guilt, allowing our own consciousness to expand into the unlimited possibilities that we have put on hold to ensure that others achieved their healing. Examine the details of your soul contract and give yourself the gift of enjoying your own light. You can still do your healing work but can change the terms and conditions of what you have promised to do. Use this completion cycle to create the life you want to live and choose at what level you will participate in others' healing. This is a completion for you too and you can create a new soul contract that serves your own growth and healing.

Channeling Your Empathic Gifts

As we move through these tumultuous times the energy shifts can be difficult to process. There is a greater awareness of the energetic polarities, so while there is more light, there is also more fear, there is more joy but also more pain, and while we experiences glimpses of peace and hope, we also feel the fear of those who do not know what is happening. As empaths, the fear, doubt and confusion can be overwhelming and we do not know what to do with these energies. There is too much to transmute and we can no longer do it in the 'old' ways.

Whenever there is a big shift in energies a vacuum is created as the old energies are removed to allow us to experience a different vibration. Whether we can fill this gap with new energies depends on our willingness to release fear. Your empathic skills are activated when you feel the old, fear-based energies lifting and you try to transmute them into a higher vibration. Generally this is done through your own energetic field, which means you take on and process the fear and all of its different aspects. No wonder you feel so drained and overwhelmed.

This was the 'old' way of processing energy and we can no longer use our empathy to transmute energy in this way. There is too much energy and our own vibrations are too high to take on this level of fear. If you are doing this you may feel drained because you must lower your vibrations to connect with the energies you are trying to process. Once you have processed them, you must raise your energies back to the level you can work with. There is another way to do this.

There is enough light on the planet to transmute energy and it is not necessary for us to do it although we may be tempted to connect to the energy to help it along when we feel it. Giving in to this temptation can put us on that roller coast of fear and confusion as we connect to energies we are no longer vibrating with. Your empathy can be used to send energy from your vibration level to the planet, filling the gap that is created when energies shift with a new vibration that can be felt by others. It will take some time for the higher energies to become the standard but they will. In the meantime, you can choose how you use your empathic gifts so that you are not suffering and drained by processing energy you are no longer part of.

Uriel's Message -- Connect To Your Source

Your search for the Source is one of reconnection and remembering your divinity. And you are divine beings that are the light of God, who undertook a journey to spread light in the Universe in a cycle of healing, growth and transformation, leading to the ascension of the earth and humanity. Because your journey has focused on searching for the Source within, you have forgotten that the other part of this journey is to connect to your Source once you have found it.

The experience of your Source or God connection is different for each of you. No one can tell you how to do this or what it will feel like. You have spent lifetimes longing to return home, to feel the love that you believe has been denied to you as you processed karma and healing. This connection has always been available to you once you were able to release the energies of fear and remember that humanity was an experience and not your spiritual destiny.

You connect to Source through your heart chakra once you have firmly grounded your energies there. This process of grounding is the path you have been clearing through your healing work. Every aspect you heal, every person you forgive, every karmic connection you resolve, and every intention you set to raise your energies solidifies the grounding process. When your energy is grounded in the lower chakras you experience their lessons and vibrations. Your connection to Source is incomplete until you are able to fully ground your energy in the heart chakra. From there you can speak your truth, realize your divinity and connect to spirit, through the upper chakras.

When this is completed you are at your ascension vibration, where you can experience compassion and understanding, feel true joy and allow yourselves to remember the energy of 'home'. Your connection is always available to you when you align your will with divine will, surrender your fears and remember that you are always one with Source. This is your divine partnership, your recognition of your spiritual destiny, to recalibrate the energies of the earth and humanity back to their divine origins. This has been your mission and you have been guided on each step of the journey. As you ground your energies and complete the final phases of this journey you return home, to heaven on earth.
