An Unfolding Process
Enlightenment is the goal of our spiritual journey, an
unfolding process of learning, healing and growth.
Every situation and experience, every teacher and
lesson is there to provide us with an opportunity to
gain enlightenment in some area of our life. When we
are ready to accept ourselves as spiritual beings
having a human experience, acknowledge our divinity
and power, be willing to learn and heal, the
enlightenment process can begin. It is not something
that happens in one event, it is a process that unfolds
throughout our lifetime.
It would be great if we could achieve enlightenment
and then be done with the learning, healing and
growing. Our journey would certainly be easier if this
were the case. And in some ways it is, as each time
we achieve another level of enlightenment we also
achieve new levels of Source connection, self
realization and the peace that goes with them. But our
work is not finished. It just expands into another level
and moves us in other directions.
The gift of enlightenment is one of understanding, a
realization of why we are here, what our journey is all
about and how we can create the peace, joy and
unconditional love on the earth plane that our soul
longs for. Each level of enlightenment gives us the
ability to continue our journey with new strength and
resolve. We are empowered with the understanding of
our mission and purpose, strengthened by our
success and ready for the next step on our journey.
As our lives unfold from one experience to another we
are provided with new opportunities to ascend to new
levels of enlightenment. And to share our learning with
others. Will we ever be finished? The goal of our
journey is not to finish, it is to bring heaven on earth.
Our mission is to blend the spiritual and material
worlds and create a new paradigm for humanity. That
is the unfolding process of enlightenment and we will
be finished when it is done. All we have to do is play
our part, participate in the process and know that the
Light is always with us on every step of our journey of
enlightenment.

Being the Healer--or Not
During several readings this week I have spoken to
people who were healers and this is a role that they
played in the lives of others, both professionally and in
their personal lives. Many of them described painful
relationships that they eventually abandoned because
the other person would not incorporate the healing
they were offered. One element that carried through
all of these readings was the question of whether they
wanted to be healers in relationships or could they
accept relationships where they did not have to
participate in someone else's healing journey.
Every relationship provides us with a healing
experience and that process can be easy or difficult.
But when we are always playing the role of healer we
always choose relationships that require us to play
that role. Can we create relationships that allow us to
enjoy the healing that we have experienced in our
lives, that allow us to learn and experience life in other
ways? If we are not the healer in a relationship, what
else could we be?
Being a healer 24 hours a day is difficult and places
heavy demands on our time and energy. Most healers
have been in these kinds of relationships since birth,
starting with their family of origin. They are healers
within their soul groups and this is the work they came
to do. But what if other options were available, to
create relationships where they could have a different
role, where they could just enjoy those around them,
instead of being the one who healed?
It is possible for us to decide what role we want to play
in a relationship. We can always choose to be the
healer, which comes naturally to us. But we can also
choose to create relationships that are not hard work,
that don't require our healing energy, where we can
learn to participate on a different level. The choice is
ours. There will always be those who need healing
and they can choose us or someone else. We have
been working very hard for a long time and we can
choose to take it easy, to have some fun and to put
aside our healing role for a while and just enjoy
ourselves.

Uriel's Message-- Do You Have Time?
In your material concept of time each day contains 24
hours and you have limited time to do things. You fill
your day with activities and things that you must do
and often feel that you do not have time to do the
things you want to do. There is no time to pursue your
interests and dreams because of the obligations and
distractions that fill your day. As you move towards
greater spiritual understanding you will also move
from material time to spiritual time. In spiritual time
there are no limits on your time, no waiting or need for
patience.
You are moving into the miracle age, where everything
you desire can be manifested instantaneously. This is
a period of spiritual time, when you become aware of
energy movement, which transcends material time. In
spiritual time you move from one experience to
another, there is time to do everything because you no
longer need to experience your life through the
limitations of material time. Where you need help or
assistance it will be given to you. There is no waiting
because there is no time; things occur at the moment
they are needed, which may be at any time and is
always at the perfect time.
There are many things that you occupy your time that
can be taken care of by others, including your angels
and spirit guides. You are aware of this when you are
in spiritual time. Many of you are learning lessons in
patience and you translate this as having to wait for
the right time for things to happen. Yet it is not about
time, but about the manifestation process occurring in
spiritual time. When you are impatient you are
experiencing fear and doubt and the passage of time
makes you uncomfortable because you feel that
nothing is happening. Everything is happening and
you can be aware of this when you remove your focus
on material time from the process.
You are obsessed with the timing of events because
you feel you are not in the right time or place. Yet you
are always creating your reality in the perfect way. In
order to work with the Universal energy you must also
work with spiritual time, which does not recognize
hours, days or weeks. Its energy flows according to
your focus, requests and direction. Without the
limitations of time you would be aware of how
effortlessly things manifest for you. Spend a portion of
your day in spiritual time and you will see how quickly
the Universe responds to your requests. Remove the
limitations of impatience and doubt and feel the flow
of the Universe rushing to meet your every need. Step
into spiritual time and into the age of miracles to
manifest the reality of your dreams, and they will
always occur at the perfect time.

Today's Children--Indigo, Crystal or Both
Many adults write to me asking whether they are
Indigo or Crystal and the distinction is not always easy
to make. Some are more Indigo than Crystal, more
Crystal than Indigo and most are a combination of
both energies. They have the drive and passion of the
Indigos with the feeling, innocent nature of Crystals.
This can be confusing for them and they search for a
clear definition of the energy they carry so they can
understand themselves and feel more comfortable.
Having both energies is very important and there is a
reason for it.
Adults who carry both energies are the pioneers for
the change that the younger Crystals and Indigos
came here to complete. They are the ones who
parented these children and most had both Indigo
and Crystal children. In order to understand them they
had to be familiar with both energies. So they had the
opportunity to feel the full spectrum of these energies
by carrying both of them. There is no 'either/or' for this
generation, they are both, to varying degrees.
Stronger Indigo energy manifests as confusion, fear
and a drive to do something but you do not always
know what. And you may have problems with self-
confidence. Stronger Crystal energy manifests as high
degrees of empathy, intuition, a strong interest in art
or music and a tendency to be shy or withdrawn.
These two energies work against each other, for
example, if you have a passion for something but are
too shy to move forward. Knowing that you carry both
energies can help you understand your strengths and
limitations and work with them.
This is not an accident of nature, the adults who carry
both energies needed to experience them so they
could help the next generation. While this may be
confusing, knowing about it can help bring clarity. If
you feel you carry both energies, you probably do. And
you do not have to pick one over the other. Which one
do you feel most comfortable with or feels stronger?
Use that one to support the other. These energies can
support each other and you can learn to work with
both of them, finding the right use of each energy in
your life to create fulfillment and a path that expresses
your gifts and talents to their best advantage.
