What to Ask For
Every aspect of our lives can be miraculous when we
know how to work with miracle energy. Miracles are not
a reward for being 'good' or spiritual enough. Everyone
has the ability to create them. If we don't feel that we
are receiving them it is because we either don't ask in
the right way or for what we really want. Perhaps we
don't believe that the miracle will happen-without
faith, we limit our ability to create miracles. Or we
could be afraid to ask because we feel there is a limit
to the number of miracles that we are allowed. When
we have enough faith, in ourselves and in the Universe,
miracles become the way our life unfolds. But we have
to know what to ask for.
As with many things in the spiritual realm, the process
of creating miracles is very simple. Miracles are merely
the way energy is directed. Until we focus on a miracle,
the energy is around us, waiting for us to tell it what to
manifest. Our guides and angels wait for us to ask for
what we want so they can bring the people and
situations together that will manifest our miracle. When
we ask for exactly what we want, we send a clear
message to the Universe. But when we ask for less, not
believing that what we want is possible, we send mixed
messages and little or nothing happens.
We can ask for whatever we want and the Universe will
bring it to us. We cannot ask for others because that is
in violation of their free will. Everyone has the ability to
create miracles; whether or not they use it is their
choice. When we ask out of fear or lack of abundance
we are denying our responsibility in creating our reality.
We must be grateful for what we already have,
acknowledging that whatever is present in our lives at
any moment is what we are capable of creating and
receiving. Our miracle requests are less powerful when
we believe that we don't already have enough.
Whatever we feel is right and necessary for us is what
we ask for. No matter what it is, the Universe will
respond. And we must ask for enough-often we ask
for less because we don't feel we deserve or can
receive more. In this way we limit ourselves. This week,
practice asking for exactly what you want, no matter
what it is. Let the Universe show you how it responds
to your needs by blessing you with miracles so that
your life can flow with effortless abundance, joy, peace
and unconditional love.

Blessings to you all!
Happy new year to you. May 2007 bring your your
heart's desires. The January article is posted on the
Uriel Heals website and this month's message is about
Creating a Miraculous Life. Each of us has the power
to create miracles, we just have to know what to ask
for, how to ask and how to use this energy. What to

Who is in Control of your Dreams?
A friend of mine has worked very hard and made many
sacrifices because of the rewards that he believed
would be his when the company he worked for went
public. His dream was to start a small business and the
payout would help him do that. He just found out that
the company has been sold and he will walk away with
a small severance package. He is angry that the
company did not honor his commitment and sacrifices
and reward him for them. He is also angry because it
is 'their fault' that his dream of a big payout and
moving into the next phase of his life will not
materialize.
Whenever we put someone or something else in control
of our dreams, that is, we make the outcome
dependent on others we set ourselves up for
disappointment. We determine what we are willing to
do in order to make our dreams come true and then
apply our skills and talents in that area. But when we
think that the fulfillment of our dreams is only possible
when others honor their commitments to us, we have
put someone else in control of our dreams.
So who is in control when it comes to making our
dreams come true? We are. And when we know that
we have the power to do that we are unafraid to walk
through the doors of opportunity that open for us.
Although my friend has had warnings that his work
situation was changing, he believed that he had worked
hard enough to receive the rewards he anticipated. His
belief that the financial reward would create a new
opportunity for him was so strong that he ignored
every other opportunity that presented itself, as well
as the signs that suggested he focus his energy in
another direction.
We are always in control of our dreams and when we
give control of them to someone or something else, we
give away our power as well. Our dreams are not
dependent on anyone or anything-they are between
us and the Universe. The only way that someone else
can interfere with our dreams is when we allow them
to. The Universe will always send us signs when we
give control of our dreams to others and remind us that
we are in control. Sometimes those lessons are difficult
and painful. But they are there to remind us that the
things we want in our life are not dependent on
someone else. As long as we remain in control, the
people and situations will materialize to help us make
our dreams come true.

Uriel's Message-Your Path is Where You Are
So many of you wonder what your life path is and how
you can find it. You wonder whether you are doing the
right thing, in the right place or even making decisions
and choices that are right for your path. You wonder
whether you are spiritual 'enough', connected and even
moving in the right direction. You look at others who
seem to be happier, more successful and who seem to
be able to manifest what they want and wonder
whether you should be on their path because it
appears to be better and easier than yours. Your path
is right where you are at any moment in time.
Each step on your spiritual journey reflects all of the
decisions and choices that you have made up to that
point in your life. It also reflects your fears, faith,
beliefs, your acknowledgement of your own power and
spiritual understanding. Each decision that you chose
to make may have been one of several options but the
option you chose was right for you at that moment.
The outcome of each decision reflects the lessons you
have chosen to learn and how you will experience them.
When you begin to question your path, it means that
you are ready to move forward and other opportunities
will open for you. Then there will be decisions to make
from the choices that appear before you. You may
choose any or none of them, depending on how you
feel about your ability to manifest change in your life. If
your path remains static then you are not ready for
change. It is not a reflection of your lack of spiritual
growth or understanding but a sign that you have other
things to learn where you are.
As long as you remember that your life is always in
perfection and that it is perfect for you, you can find
comfort knowing that you are on the right path. As
soon as you are ready to move forward, you will be
provided with opportunities to do so. And the choices
that you make at that time will allow you to know
whether you are ready to move in a different direction.
Be at peace with your path, for it is the one that is
right for you and the way that you have chosen to
experience your life. There are no right or wrong
choices and no path is easier or better than another.
Each of you chooses according to your abilities, lessons
and the fulfillment of your soul's growth. When you
understand that you are always on the right path, you
can stop worrying about whether you are doing
the 'right' thing and know that you are always doing
the best that you can.

Today's Children--The Special Children
ISome time ago I wrote about how Indigos are labeled
as difficult, challenging or rebellious and how those
labels are not helpful to them. Crystals are also labeled
as gentle, highly intuitive and reserved, which is not
always true of them-they can also be difficult and
challenging. With the increased media attention on
Indigos and Crystals, another label has been created
for them, the 'special' children. While that is true, they
are special, it is also something that sets a certain
expectation of them and that puts pressure on them to
act in certain ways and even achieve things that they
may not be capable of.
The 'special' label also creates a mystique around these
children that takes away from their purpose, to bring
change. Thinking that they are special puts pressure on
them to succeed in ways that others expect them to
and when that does not happen, or does not happen
quickly, they think that they have failed. Indigos, who
have received the most recent media attention, are
already under considerable pressure because they are
having a very difficult time making headway. Many are
making difficult life choices and living through the
consequences. These choices often allow them to
experience things they need to learn. And labeling them
as 'special' can make their choices much more difficult.
Telling them that they are 'special' implies that they
should be able to easily accomplish what they have set
out to do, that they can arrive at success more easily
and have fewer issues than others. When I talk to my
Indigo children about being special, they tell me that
they don't feel special but they do know that they are
different and wonder why their lives seem to be so
much more difficult than that of others they know. My
son remarked "If I'm so special, why am I so confused?"
my Crystal son, who is very intuitive, is afraid to share
his gift with others and doesn't see it as being special
at all. He often wishes he didn't have the information
that he receives.
Rather than glamorizing and labeling Indigos and
Crystals, we would do better to focus our attention on
what they came here to do and to help them with that
aspect of their journey. They are special, as is every
generation who comes to bring change. But being
special does not mean that their journey will be easier,
their path more clear to them or even that they will be
accepted for who they are. And since both Indigos and
Crystals don't do well under pressure, the less pressure
we put on them to save us and the world (which they
will help with, when the time is right) the easier it will
be for them to settle into their purpose, become
comfortable with themselves and find their path.
